Ideally located house on a sea shore. Almost private beach (only 4 people during whole week came there). Basic electricity (light, mobile phone charging) ensured by solar panel. Drinking water brought by the boat. Parking about 30-45min walk by a narrow path - possible for little shopping. We enjoyed it with our family a lot.

the place is enchanting, services in line with the philosophy of accommodation, very Spartan and absolutely basic. I have only three notes that I would like to highlight: 1) nobody ever said that the beach is also frequented by other people who arrive on foot daily, when I asked if the place was completely isolated and not frequented I was told that we would be alone . Only there we have been informed of the probable arrival of other people who have regularly and daily arrived (even families with small children). 2) considering the amount from a starred hotel and the comforts offered, I find it out of place to pay another 100 euros for transportation. for clarity, however, he had been anticipated in the conditions. On the other hand, if you have a minimum of bagli (even just the food for the week) you have no alternative transport. 3) do not go too far from the house and stay in that small and limited paradise, a few meters away there are abandoned objects and dirt everywhere, partly abandoned by occasional tourists and partly discarded objects from the house such as old bed nets or paint drums, etc. even behind the house there is abandoned material (old rusty gutters, cane curtains, broken tiles, etc.). the low score per owner is due to the management of the transport and the dirt around it. the one for the beach for the presence of other people and not for the place of Persé. made the experience we will try again ... but in other places for itre motii above, a real shame:(

il posto è incantevole, iservizi in linea con la filosofia dell'alloggio, molto spartani e assolutamente basici. ho solo tre note che vorrei evidenziare: 1) nessuno ha mai detto che la spiaggia è frequentata anche da altre persone che giornalmente arrivano a piedi, quando ho chiesto se il posto era completamente isolato e non frequentato mi era stato risposto che saremo stati da soli. Solo li ci è stato comunicato il probabile arrivo di altra gente che regolarmente e quotidianamente è arrivata (anche famigliole con bambini piccoli). 2) considerato l'importo da hotel stellato e i comfort offerti, pagare altri 100 euro per il trasporto lo trovo fuori luogo. per chiarezza era comunque stato anticipato nelle condizioni. D'altronde se avete un minimo di bagli (anche solo il cibo per la settimana) non avete alternativa di trasporto. 3) non allontanatevi troppo dall'abitazione e rimanete in quel piccolo e limitato paradiso, a pochi metri ci sono oggetti abbandonati e sporcizia un pò dappertutto, in parte abbandonata dai turisti occasionali e in parte oggetti di scarto dalla casa ad esempio vecchie reti di letto o fusti di pittura, ecc. anche dietro l'abitazione c'è materiale abbandonato (vecchie grondaie arrugginite, tende in canna, tegole rotte, ecc). il voto basso per proprietario è dovuto alla gestione del trasporto e dello sporco attorno. quello per la spiaggia per la presenza di altre persone e non per il luogo di persè. fatta l'esperienza la riproveremo sicuramente ... ma in altri luoghi per itre motii sopra, un vero peccato :(
