I would like to say in advance that our landlord did everything to help us, which only happened on the last day! The reason for this was: A defective air conditioning system, which had to be paid extra and was not included in the price. Description: The first night we had to try to sleep with a broken air conditioner and 28 degrees in the room, which was almost impossible! The landlord drove to a hardware store and organized a stationary climate that required a hole in the wall for its function, which the landlord also carried out, so that our room was dusty in our absence and covered with remains of the wall, which was also provisionally removed! On the second night we had our working air conditioning system, which did its job, but was so loud that sleeping wasn't really possible again! As a result, our room was always unlocked because the landlord was now trying to repair the condenser air conditioning (fixed air conditioning) by removing the condenser and taking it to a specialist! This condition was very exhausting for us until the last day of vacation! In the last night the air conditioning was fine again and it was possible to sleep! I would also like to point out that the bathroom/toilet is not in the room, as already announced, but it could only be locked from the inside, which meant that everyone could go into our bathroom and do their work! So Privativere looks different! And last but not least, the arrival and departure to and from the room: firstly, you pay 12 euros per day for the parking space if it has been reserved by the accommodation, otherwise you pay 18 euros per day and the way to the accommodation is only about 400 meters reasonable with the trolleys available in the accommodation everything else is almost impossible to do and you can't get to the accommodation by car!

Ich möchte Vorausschicken, dass unser Vermieter alles unternommen hat um uns zu helfen, was erst am letzten Tag gelungen ist! Grund dafür war: Eine defekte Klimaanlage die ja extra zu bezahlen war und nicht im Preis inkludiert ist. Beschreibung: Die erste Nacht mussten wir mit einer defekten Klimaanlage und 28 Grad im Zimmer versuchen zu einen Schlaf zu kommen, was so gut wie unmöglich war! Der Vermieter ist zu einen Baumarkt gefahren und hat eine Standklima organisiert die für Ihre Funktion ein Loch in der Wand benötigte, dass der Vermieter auch durchführte, so das unser Zimmer in unserer Abwesenheit verstaubt und mit Mauerresten überseht war, was auch notdürftig beseitigt wurde! In der zweiten Nacht hatten wir nun unsere funktionierende Klimaanlage die zwar ihre Funktion ausübte, jedoch so laut war, dass ein Schlafen wieder nicht wirklich möglich war! In weiterer Folge war unser Zimmer immer unverschlossen, da der Vermieter nun versuchte die Kondensatorklima (Fixe Klima) zu reparieren, indem er den Kondensator ausbauen und zu einen Fachmann brachte! Dieser Zustand war bis zum letzten Urlaubstag für uns sehr Anstrengend! In der letzten Nacht war dann die Klima wieder in Ordnung und ein Schlafen war möglich! Weiters möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass das BAD/WC zwar wie schon angekündigt nicht im Zimmer ist, aber auch nur von innen zu Versperren war, wodurch jeder in unser Bad hineingehen und seine Not verrichten konnte! Also Privativere sieht anders aus! Und zu guter Letzt die An und Abreise zum und vom Zimmer: Erstens bezahlt man pro Tag 12 Euro für den Parkplatz wenn dieser von der Unterkunft reserviert wurde, ansonsten bezahlt man 18 Euro pro Tag und der Weg zur Unterkunft ist mit ca. 400 Meter nur mittels in der Unterkunft verfügbaren Rollwagen zumutbar alles andere ist fast nicht zu schaffen und mit dem Auto kommt man gar nicht zur Unterkunft!

Blitzsauber und gemütlich, besonders liebe Vermieter, herrlicher Frühstücksbalkon direkt am Meer, großes Badezimmer, tolle Klimaanlage-ein Traum!

The accommodation is great but a beach bar is within earshot.

Die Unterkunft ist super aber eine Strandbar ist in Hörweite.

Sgt.Team! Unfortunately I have to inform you that we were not satisfied. We booked the accommodation through booking.com, in which a room with shower, toilet, balcony was described as OWN residential unit on the ground floor, but in fact it was only a room, toilet and bathroom were opposite, so you had to get out of the room above a corridor accessible to others and only then into the bathroom. Our landlords were very nice, the room was okay too, it was only uncomfortable for both sides, as we wanted an apartment, but the landlord only had one room to offer. It seems as if the cooperation between Adriatic and booking.com didn't work out. Something else cannot be offered on booking.com than on adriatic ......... maybe you can provide more clarity in this regard in the future. MfG Rudolf Hofbauer

Sgt.Team! Leider muss ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass wir nicht zufrieden waren. Wir haben die Unterkunft über booking.com gebucht, darin wurde ein Zimmer mit Dusche, WC, Balkon, als EIGENE Wohneinheit im Erdgeschoß beschrieben, tatsächlich war es aber nur ein Zimmer, WC und Bad lagen gegenüber, man musste also raus aus dem Zimmer über einen auch für andere zugänglichen Gang und erst dann ins Bad. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr nett, auch das Zimmer war in Ordnung, es war nur für beide Seiten unangenehm, da wir eine Wohnung wollten, die Vermieter aber nur ein Zimmer anzubieten hatte. Es scheint als ob die Zusammenarbeit von Adriatic und booking.com da nicht geklappt hätte. Es kann nicht auf booking.com etwas anderes angeboten werden als auf adriatic.........vielleicht können Sie diesbezüglich in Zukunft für mehr Klarheit sorgen MfG Rudolf Hofbauer
