Dear guest, the house owners are surprised by the mediocre rating since they have provided all that you have required. After your stay, the owners were left with linen and towels that were so badly stained that they needed to dispose of them. The doors of your apartment were broken during your stay and this has resulted with a substantial financial burden for the owners. The owners also had complaints regarding your behavior from other guests that stayed at the property. We are sorry that you decided to give a bad review and we urge all our customers to voice their complaint, if such a situation occurs, during the stay so it can be resolved immediately.
This was definitely the worst apartment I have visited in my life. Firstly, the wi-fi wasn't working. Then, the apartment keeper tried to scam us by offering us a taxi with incredibly high price. He offered to drive us to the beach for 30 euros while taxi(uber)is 10 euros and he was claiming that taxi is acutally over 50 euros and that he is giving us a great price. He also made us pay extra 50 euros because we brought a forth person while actually apartment is for four people and we paid that. We also got 2 rolls of toillete paper for 3 days for 4 people. Shampoo also wasn't provided. The apartment doesn’t have an AC. If you are reading this, NEVER go to this apartment, trust me, you will regret it.
Dear guest, the house owners are unpleasantly surprised by your review and think that your rating of the accommodation is not realistic. They would like to point out that is it clearly written on the presentation site that the air-condition is not available in the apartment. The owners would also like to point out that they went out of their way to make your stay feel pleasant. They provided you with clean towels the you have requested after only one day of stay, they cleaned the grill so other guests could us it after you. After you have left the accommodation the owners were shocked with the state you left it in - the broken dishes and unusable towels. Finally, the owners want to specify that the conversation regarding the taxi prices was purely informational.
