Beach Accommodation
Well, We got 1 wc paper. We won't get dish washing liquid... We can't use the air condition, it's too expensive. Why?
The view from the balcony is fantastic, but the furnishings/equipment leaves a lot to be desired for the price. The kitchen has no work surface and the inventory is also very clear. In the bathroom the shower is very rickety and the drain drains very slowly. The air conditioning is also placed very unfavorably on the balcony.
The boiler did not work properly, so the hot water service was not perfect. Regardless, we were satisfied with the accommodation.
The accommodation was fine, the only pity was the dust under the bed and in the corners of the room. The kitchen lacked a kettle, a kettle and a microwave. For us (with a small child), these were the things we missed:( otherwise, we were accommodated beautifully in a very nice place with a view of the sea:) the housekeeper is very nice, nice lady 🫶🏽
Nice house very close the sea. Studio is quite small, but for 2 people it is OK. Small, but good view to the sea from balcony and from studio. There are table and two chairs on the balcony. We cooked often, so I would prefer more dishes in the kitchen (scraper, grater, one more pot), but for basic cooking it is OK. The induction cooker is good as well. Stable and fast WIFI. There is nice courtyard around the house with flowers, olives and with places to parking. The pebble beach in front of the house is usually full of people. Be careful with entrance to the sea - somewhere there are a lot of sea urchins. Bottom of the sea is quite boring without interesting undersea life, but there are nice fishes sometimes. Summary: For 2 people is the studio good and we enjoyed this holiday.

Great location, very nice view, incredibly nice landlady! It is about 15-20 minutes to the center of Novalja and about 10 minutes to the next supermarket:) I personally found it a bit small, the bathroom and, since we also had somewhere to accommodate our large suitcases and then there was little room, but in Croatia you should not spend so much time in the apartment anyway 😊 but for tall people as a couple it could be a bit tedious 😄
