Two bedroom apartment with balcony and sea view Zubovići, Pag | A-16063-a

-- It was very clean. Grandma, son, daughter of the house extremely friendly. Great view of the sea. Fridge and cooking facilities in the hallway. Available although not listed in the booking. I was very happy about that. Large balcony manager of the plant!!!!! Very unsympathetic, unfriendly to all guests. Came at 9:20 pm I yelled boss, I'm the boss of this whole house.... I have to turn off the music, he wants to sleep, he has to work. I just said yes at 10pm I'll turn it off. The next day I heard him yelling at other guests!!! And one day later my room neighbors about 20 years old. Duuuuuu immediately make windows come to wind..... Etc..... But on Friday itself Loud music until night on the terrace below. Doesn't work!!!!!! No TV in room. You have to drive about 2 km to the beach, it's very nice there. Everything is very old... But OK for the price.

-- Es war sehr sauber. Oma, Sohn, Tochter des Hauses extrem freundlich. Super Aussicht aufs Meer Kühlschrank und Kochmöglichkeit im Hausgang Vorhanden obwohl nicht in der Buchung aufgeführt.Hab mich sehr darüber gefreut. Großer Balkon Chef der Anlage!!!!! Sehr unsympathisch, unfreundlich zu allen Gästen. Kam um 21:20uhr schrie ich Chef ich chefe von dieses Ganzes Haus.... Ich muss Musik aus machen er wolle Schlafen muss Arbeiten. Hab nur gesagt ja um 22uhr mach ich sie aus. Am nächsten Tag hab ich mitbekommen wie er andere Gäste angeschrien hat!!! Und noch einen Tag später meinen Zimmer Nachbarn ca 20jahre alt. Duuuuuu machen sofort Fenster zu Wind kommen..... Usw..... Aber am Freitag selbst Laute Musik bis in die Nacht auf der Terrasse unten. Geht garnicht!!!!!! Kein TV auf Zimmer. Strand muss man fahren ca 2 km dort ist es sehr schön. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen... .Aber OK für den Preis.

We had two rooms during our stay. The first apartment was fine, everything was great, except for the fact that a strange man just walked into our room to tell us to be quiet, even though I'm surprised that he minded when we laughed and not loudly, but he didn't mind that we were in a restaurant across the street they played the guitar and sang loudly. Besides, even if the gentleman is the owner, he has no right to just walk into the room. You rent it and I pay for it. If I told you now that €1000 has disappeared?! Furthermore, from the first day we dealt with the fact that the wifi was not working, which they only started solving on the fourth when we had to stop the lady in the store. On the day we were supposed to move to the second room, the cleaning lady started entering our room and they absolutely did not mind that I was naked!!! So we moved into the room where our friends were, but they didn't clean their room. They changed our bed linen the next day after we had to ask them for it. Toilet paper ditto, but the lady brought it to me without knocking in the bathroom, where I am currently on the toilet. This second room had no kitchen, no plates or cutlery, glasses, cups, nothing. Luckily we had a grill with us. The refrigerator contained a freezer only because the freezer did not have a door, so it did not freeze! So I'll sum it up. I would try some things, but the fact that a stranger just flies into the rented apartment and that the second room had no accessories and we had to ask to change the sheets ourselves. That's not how it's done. I have been going to Zubovići and Novalja for 12 years and I have NEVER experienced such an unprofessional attitude. I can state that I will never come to this accommodation again. I would love to get my money back!

Počas ubytovania sme mali dve izby. Prvy apartmán bol v poriadku všetko super, azm na to že nám len tak do izby vošiel cudzí pán aby nám povedal že máme byť ticho aj keď sa čudujem že mu vadilo keď sme sa smiali a nie na hlas ale nevadilo mu to že oproti v reštaurácií hrali na gitaru a hlasno spievali. Okrme toho, aj keby je ten pán majiteľ, nemá právo len tak vojsť do izby. Vy to prenajímate a ja za to platím. Keby vám teraz poviem že mi zmizlo 1000€?! Ďalej, od prvého dňa sme riešili že nefunguje wifi ktorú začali riešiť až štvrtý kedy sme museli slečnu zastaviť v obchode. V deň keď sme sa mali presťahovať do druhej izby nám začali pani upratovačky vchádzať do izby a im absolútne nevadilo že som nahý!!! Tak sme sa presťahovali do izby kde boli naši kamaráti, a však ich izbu neupratali. Postelné prádlo nám vymenili na druhý deň čo sme ich museli o to požiadať. Toaletný papier detto lenže pani mi ho priniesla bez zaklopania do kúpelne kde som vol momentákne na toalete. Táto druhá izba nemala ani kuchyňu, ani taniere ani príbor, poháre šálky nič. Našťastie sme mali gril so sebou. Chladnička obsahovala mrazničku teda iba akože kedže na tej mrazničke neboli dvierka takže nemrazila! Takže to zhrniem. Niektoré veci by som prekusol ale to že cudzí človek len tak vletí do prenajímaného apartmánu a že druhá izba nemala žiadne príslušenstvo a museli sme si sami vyžiadať vymeniť plachty. Takto sa to nerobí. Do Zubovići a Novalje chodím už 12 rokov a NIKDY som nezažil takýto neprofesionálny prístup. Môžem skonštatovať že už do tohto ubytovania nikdy neprídem. Najradšej by som dostal moje peniaze späť!

I was satisfied with the accommodation. It was clear and comfortable except the toilet. Its location is awkward and uncomfortable. The owner was very friendly but did not speak English at all. In the room a small table would be welcomed. Unfortunately, there is only one small shop and a restaurant in a village. The beach seems longer distance than it was expected. There are several good beaches within 10 minutes car ride, worth visiting them. All in all it was a good experience and we are planning to another visit there with the whole family in the future.

Nice apartment and very welcoming lady Maria! The only flaw, I don't know for what reason, during the morning, around 7, a smell of sewage arrived, it was not clear from where.

Appartamento carino e signora Maria molto accogliente! Unico difetto, non so per quale ragione, durante la mattina, verso le 7 arrivava un odore di fogna, non si capiva da dove.

The apartment / the rooms are not really great, but the owners are very nice, helpful and hospitable people, especially Mrs. Maria.

L'appartamento/ le camere non sono granché sinceramente, i proprietari però sono delle persone molto gentili, disponibili e ospitali, la signora Maria in particolare.
