Beautiful apartment with fabulous views of Rab and the harbor. We had a lot of fun! I recommend it to everyone. The owner is also very kind and helpful.
It is in a very good location with beautiful views. Nice, clean spacious apartment. We did not like the climate we did not want to turn it off because it was clean dirt, we had a legionella in the family so we checked it out. The other apartment's outdoor climate on our terrace it was always going and it was very loud.:)
The accommodation was great and I plan to go there with my friends next summer, not just for three nights but for more: D. The owner was also very nice and friendly: D<3

As it was written 3 years ago, all the air-conditioned indoor units are still black, the smell of mold has permeated the entire apartment. The owner saved it on request, but after a simple wash off outside, we still didn't dare to turn on the still black appliances from the inside. Luckily we fled here just before the ragweed season. The balcony is equipped with outdoor air conditioning, which roared all night. So, if you do not like to sleep or wake up with inflamed eyes in the morning, this apartment is a good choice. Otherwise, the quality of the apartment is good, the cleanliness is good, the owner is kind and helpful. The apartment is spacious, close to the city center, the view from the balcony is very nice (overlooking the old town). The shared terrace in the description is out of the question.
Ahogyan azt már 3 éve is megírták fentebb, még mindig fekete az összes légkondi beltéri egység a penésztől, az egész apartmant átjárta a penész szaga. A tulajdonos ugyan kérésre megtakarította, de a szimpla, kívüli vizes lemosás után továbbra sem mertük bekapcsolni a belülről még mindig fekete készülékeket. Tiszta szerencse, hogy pont a parlagfű szezon elől menekültünk ide. Az erkélyen több klíma kültérije van szerelve, ami egész este zúgott. Úgyhogy, ha nem szeretsz aludni vagy szeretsz reggel gyulladt szemekkel esetleg fulladva ébredni, akkor jó választás ez az apartman. Egyébként az apartman minősége jó, a tisztaság ettől eltekintve megfelelő, a tulajdonos kedves, segítőkész. Az apartman tágas, elhelyezkedése az belvároshoz közeli, a kilátás az erkélyről nagyon szép (óvárosra néző). A leírásban szereplő, közös használatú terasz pedig szóba sem került.
