The facility is really close to the beach, where there is also a sea taxi station to the city and close to a shop. The environment is quiet and pleasant. The facility is not the newest, but it is maintained. The apartment has air conditioning. The terrace is large and pleasant. The equipment in the apartment is mixed. The bedroom is practically new. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are dilapidated, and the dishes in the kitchen are no longer usable. Garbage is separated. The owners are in the building, which is not a problem. They are friendly and ready to help with information and guidance.:)

Objekt je res blizu plaže, kjer je tudi postaja morskega taksija do mesta in blizu trgovine. Okolje je tiho in prijetno. Objekt ni najnovejši, vendar je vzdrževan. Klimatska naprava je v apartmanu. Terasa je velika in prijetna. Oprema v apartmanu pa je mešana. Spalnica je praktično nova. Dnevna soba, kuhinja in kopalnica pa so dotrajani, posoda v kuhinji pa ni več uporabna. Smeti se ločujejo. Lastniki so v objektu, kar pa ni moteče. So prijazni in pripravljeni pomagati z informacijami in napotki. :)

Hübsch ausgestattetes Appartement mit tollem Meerblick vom großen Balkon. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Schöne strandnahe Lage. Nette Vermieter. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

The apartment is very nicely furnished and clean. Everything you need is there. The balcony is a dream and the view. The landlords are really nice too. We were very satisfied and felt very comfortable.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Balkon ist ein Traum und die Aussicht. Die Vermieter sind auch wirklich sehr nett. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

The apartment is overall a good choice to stay in. Every important facility is near the house. There is an awesome outlook of the sea and the town from the balcony. The garden of the house is demanding. We had problems only with the climate device of the apartment which is not enough powerful for the place. Also, the parking might be challenging. :nice:

We are as submissive as we are. The apartment is accepted with style. They have free space for vacation and children's play and the terrace is a view of the sea and the old town of Rab. The hosts were cordially pleased with us, and the whole family was in the right place when they were not needed. It doesn't matter if it hurts with them. The plaza is close by, as several days are daily available. The plaza is not large or permissible for both the children's game and the swimming pool. The code of the beach is also an impressive restaurant with a completely complete cross-country skiing. The island of Rab itself is better and more impressive, it is permissible to cross the old town, the beach from the old walls of the city and the center to the end of the park from the city ... stigli. We are very satisfied with the holiday. Accommodation was very pleasant and stylish, we were not bored for space or bored for a nice view of the sea or the old town of Rab. The hosts received us warmly and made sure that we had good, even willing to give advice in many ways. We were very well with them, there was neither a smile nor a joke. The beach is close, so we visited it several times a day. The truth is that it is not big, but even better, because there were not many people there and the children could play on it and my wife and I could swim well. There is also an interesting restaurant on the beach with a pizzeria and ice cream (seating completely covered with treetops). The island of Rab itself is very nice and interesting, just walk through the old town, visit the reptile behind the city walls and continue walking through the park behind the town ... - we definitely want to go back and discover other gems of the island, which is not missing there.

Sa odmorom sme jako zadovoljni. Apartman je prijatan i sa stylom. Imali smo dovoljno prostora za odmor i deciju igru a sa terase divan pogled na more i stari grad Rab. Domacini su nas srdacno primili i celo vreme bili su na raspolaganju, kad god smo nesto zatrebali. Nije falilo ni smeha ni sale, jako lepo nam je bilo s njima. Plaza je blizu, cak i nekoliko puta dnevno smo je posecivali. Plaza nije velika ali dovoljna i za igru dece i za posteno plivanje. Kod plaze je i zanimljiv restoran sa sjedenjem kompletno prektivenim krosnjama drveca. Sam ostrov Rab je jako lep i zanimljiv, dovoljno je prosetati starim gradom, plazom iza starih zidina grada a setnju zavrsiti u parku iza grada... - zelja nam je da se ponovo vratimo na Rab da vidimo jos mnogo toga, sto ovaj put nismo stigli. S dovolenkou sme velmi spokojni. Ubytovanie bolo velmi prijemne a stylove, nemali sme nudzu o priestor ani nudzu o pekny vyhlad na more, ci stare mesto Rab. Domaci nas srdecne prijali a postarali sa, aby sme mali dobre, dokonca v mnohom ochotne poradili. Velmi dobre nam s nimi bolo, nechybal ani usmev ani zart. Plaz je blizko, takze aj niekolkokrat za den sme ju navstevovali. Pravdou je ze nie je velka, ale o to lepsie, lebo tam nebolo vela ludi a aj deti sa na nej vedeli zahrat a my s manzelkou sme si vedeli dobre zaplavat. Na plazi je aj zaujimava restauracia s pizzeriou a zmrzlinou (sedenie kompletne prekryte korunami stromov) . Samotny ostrov Rab je velmi pekny a zaujimavy, staci sa prejst starym mestom, navstivit plaz za hradbami mesta a pokracovat prechadzkou v parku za mestom... - urcite sa tam chceme vratit a objavovat dalsie skvosty ostrova, ktorych je tam neurekom.

Very good accommodation. Perfect for 3 persons. Quiet location, but close to the shore. Nearby for sale (Petra market), restaurants. The accommodation is clean and fully equipped. (towels, utensils, suitable tools for cooking too). I can only recommend.

Nagyon jó kis szállás. 3 személy részére tökéletes. Csendes helyen, de közel a parthoz. A közelben közért, (Petra market), éttermek. A szállás tiszta, maximálisan felszerelt. (törülközők, edények, megfelelő eszközök akár főzéshez is.). Csak ajánlani tudom.
