One bedroom apartment with terrace and sea view Kampor, Rab | A-4972-b

At first glance, the accommodation seems very inviting, but when you move in you quickly realize that you have to improvise. Main terrace is out front on the side street, now and then tourists come by looking for the waterway. We had to rearrange the furniture to use the smaller rear balcony. It was tight and if someone wanted to get up everyone had to get up, but it was quiet. You will also look in vain for sockets. First start the kettle, which is totally calcified, and then switch to the coffee machine. The kitchen cupboards were full, we had at least 30 glasses but unfortunately not a single beer glass with us. Two cupboards were filled with everything that no one could; not even at home, needed. You would have liked to use the space for your supplies, improvisation was required. The boiler in the upper cupboard only brings lukewarm water, we had to boil water to wash dishes. Everything else was there that you needed to cook. The air conditioner is installed in the kitchen, but unfortunately it only cools it because it is in a bad position. It was unbearable in the bedrooms at night. There is also a sofa bed in the kitchen, which we unfolded so that we could at least sleep there without waking up wet in the morning. The only problem is that once the sofa is folded out, the front door can no longer be opened, so we had to build up and down every day. The first impression seemed clean, but then we saw ants everywhere, after we informed the landlady she came with a Biokill spray and sprayed everything. Everything, all the dishes, pots ... . Then she took the rag out of the sink and wiped away the dead animals, including the floor, rinsed out the rag and hung it over the tap for us. Cleanliness was there for me no longer to be seen. So I started washing all the dishes so I didn't have the bug spray on the food and cleaning the whole apartment. We still got herpis. The second bedroom is so small that there is only room for a 1.40m bed, a bedside table and a 60cm cupboard, so there is nothing more to move about in this room, not even air. The master bedroom was more spacious, with plenty of storage space. You can argue about the mattresses, they were OK for me, my husband had a visit to the chiropractor afterwards and everything was totally tense. But probably more from the too small bed. The bed is only 1.90m long and if you are 1.90m tall you cannot stretch out in bed. Even I, at 5'11, kept kicking the foot end or banging my head while turning at night. Unfortunately, the sofa bed didn't have enough space for all three of us. Next in the bathroom, there is a bathtub with a shower curtain, but unfortunately no shower rail and the hot water tank is also blocked (for both apartments, i.e. the neighbor takes a shower, you have no water pressure) half the bathtub and the side that is still free is unfortunately with the slant of the bathtub. Was always an impromptu shower. The separate toilet is quite nice, but the toilet lid wobbles so much that you can only squat down on the toilet, the water tap is so calcified that it drips and the toilet ventilation is two holes in the wall to the main bathroom, when you shower you get the smell of the toilet gengers nice. The worst of all, however, was that the two apartments were only separated from each other by a locked frosted glass wooden door. In other words, you heard every fart from over there, especially the neighborhood children who were arguing with their siblings at 6 a.m. and you had a constant scream of maaaaaaaaaaaamaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Luckily they were only there for three days, otherwise we would have left early, we wouldn't have put up with that even for money. The next tenants were more pleasant, but there were also lights in the hallway from time to time when it was more of a nuisance to sleep. We would not move into this apartment again, we had to improvise far too much for that, camping feeling. The beach is not a beach but mud with muddy water. Kampor offers nothing at all, but the apartment is in a great location for a walk to Rab 3.4 km, always following the path along the water. Everything is even illuminated. By car it takes 20 minutes every day to get to the surrounding beaches, plan parking fees between 3-5€ a day. Rab we will definitely come back a 5th time, but then rather to Palit, Banjol, Lopar or Superstka Draga than starting by boat. Unfortunately, the most beautiful beaches can no longer be reached by land.

Die Unterkunft scheint auf den ersten Blick sehr einladend, doch schnell merkt man beim Einzug das man improvisieren muss. Hauptterrasse ist vor der Tür an der Seitenstraße, ab und an kommen Touristen vorbei da sie nach der Wasserstraße suchen. Wir haben die Möbel umstellen müssen um den kleineren hinteren Balkon zu nutzen. Es war zwar eng und wenn einer aufstehen wollte mussten alle aufstehen, aber es war ruhig. Steckdosen sucht man auch vergebens. Erst den Wasserkocher, welcher total verkalkt ist, starten um dann auf die Kaffeemaschine umstecken zu können. Die Küchenschränke waren gefüllt, wir hatten bestimmt 30 Gläser aber kein einziges Bierglas leider dabei. Zwei Schränke waren mit allem möglichen gefüllt was keiner; nicht mal zu Hause, benötigt. Den Platz hätte man gerne für seine Vorräte genutzt, Improvisation war gefragt. Der Boiler im Oberschrank bringt nur lauwarmes Wasser, zum abwaschen mussten wir Wasser kochen. Sonst war alles da was man zum kochen brauchte. Die Klimaanlage ist in der Küche angebracht, nur leider kühlt sie auch nur diese da sie eine schlechte Position hat. In den Schlafräumen war es nachts unerträglich. In der Küche steht noch ein Schlafsofa, dieses haben wir ausgeklappt um dort wenigstens schlafen zu können ohne nass morgens wach zu werden. Nur das Problem, ist das Sofa ausgeklappt lässt sich die Haustür nicht mehr öffnen, also mussten wir jeden Tag auf und ab bauen. Der erste Eindruck schien sauber, doch dann sahen wir überall Ameisen, nachdem wir der Vermieterin bescheid gegeben hatten kam sie mit einem Biokill Spray und sprühte alles ein. Alles, das ganze Geschirr, Töpfe ... . Dann nahm sie den Lappen aus der Spühle und wischte die toten Tiere weg, samt Boden, spühlte den Lappen aus und hang ihn für uns über den Wasserhahn. Sauberkeit war da für mich keine mehr zu sehen. Also fing ich an alles Geschirr ab zu waschen um das Insektenspray nicht mit am Essen zu haben und die ganze Wohnung zu putzen. Herpis haben wir trotzdem bekommen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist so klein, dass da gerade mal ein 1,40m Bett rein passt ein Nachtschrank und ein 60er Schrank, von bewegen können ist in diesem Zimmer dann nichts mehr, auch keine Luft. Das Hauptschalfzimmer war dafür geräumiger, reichlich Verstaumöglichkeiten. Über die Matratzen kann man sich streiten, für mich waren sie O.K. mein Mann hatte danach ein Besuch beim Chiropraktiker und alles war total verspannt. Vermutlich aber eher von dem zu kleinen Bett. Das Bett ist nur 1,90m lang und bei 1,90 Körpergröße kann man sich leider nicht im Bett lang machen. Sogar ich mit 1,60m bin ständig gegen das Fußende getreten oder habe mir den Kopf beim drehen in der Nacht eingehauen. Das Schlafsofa hat leider nicht genug Platz für uns alle drei gehabt. Weiter im Badezimmer, Es gibt eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang, doch leider keine Duschstange und zudem versperrt der Warmwassertank, für beide Wohnungen sprich duscht der Nachbar hat man kein Wasserdruck) die halbe Badewanne und die Seite die noch frei ist ist leider mit der Schräge der Badewanne. War immer eine Improvisierter Duschgang. Die seperratte Toilette ist ja ganz nett, doch wackelt der Klodeckel so sehr das man nur in der Hocke auf Toilette kann, der Wasserhahn ist so verkalkt das er tropft und die Lüftung der Toilette sind zwei Löcher in der Wand zum Hauptbad, beim duschen bekommt man den Geruch des Toilettengengers nett entgegen. Das aller schlimmste war jedoch, dass die zwei Wohnungen nur mit einer abgeschlossenen Milchglas Holztür voneinander getrennt waren. Sprich man hat jeden Pups von drüben gehört, besonders die Nachbarskinder die sich morgens um 6 Uhr mit ihren Geschwistern gestritten haben und man ein Dauergeschrei von Maaaaaaaaaaaamaaaaaaaaaaaaa hatte. Zum Glück waren die nur drei Tage da, sonst wären wir vorzeitig gefahren, das hätten wir nicht mal für Geld ertragen wollen. Die nächsten Mieter waren da angenehmer nur hatte man auch ab und an Licht im Flur wenn es eher störend zum schlafen war. Wir würden nicht nochmal diese Wohnung beziehen, dafür mussten wir viel zu viel improvisieren, Campingfeeling. Der Strand ist kein Strand sondern Matsch mit matschigen Wasser. Kampor bietet so gar nichts, Die Wohnung ist jedoch super für einen Spaziergang nach Rab 3,4km gelegen, immer dem Weg entlang des Wassers nach. Es ist sogar alles beleuchtet. Mit dem Auto benötigt man jeden Tag 20 Minuten um zu den Umliegenden Stränden zu kommen, Parkgebühren zwischen 3-5€ am Tag mit einplanen. Rab wir kommen bestimmt noch ein 5tes mal wieder, doch dann eher nach Palit, Banjol, Lopar oder Superstka Draga als Start mit Boot. Die schönsten Strände sind leider auf dem Landweg NICHT MEHR zu erreichen.

Pekný a útulný apartmán, dobre vybavený, pre 4 člennú rodinu výborný. Prenajímatelia sú starší a veľmi ústretový ľudia. Ďakujeme za ich starostlivosť. Cítili sme sa veľmi dobre. Odporúčame. Pozdravujeme Ivanku a Josifa .

Our accommodation is located in a peaceful, quiet environment. It has a flower garden full of trees and a barbecue terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house is clean and tidy. The owners are a lovely old couple who surprised us several times with the vegetables and fruits grown in the garden.

Szállásunk nyugodt, csendes környezetben helyezkedett el. Kertje virágos, fákkal teli, a grillterasz a vendégeké. Konyha mindennel felszerelt, házban rend és tisztaság. Tulajdonosok idős kedves házaspár, akik a kertben termett zöldséggel-gyümölcsel többször megleptek minket.

The holiday was very relaxing Very caring hosts. The apartment was very comfortable in the area was a playground, perfect for families with children:) The beach was only a few kilometers away by car. But it did not bother us. : D8)

Der Urlaub war sehr erholsam Sehr fürsorgliche Gastgeber. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich in der Nähe war ein Spielplatz, perfekt für Familien mit Kindern:) Der Strand war nur in wenigen Kilometer mit dem Auto erreichbar. Uns hatte es aber nicht gestört. :D 8)
