Las peores "vacaciones" de nuestras vidas. ¡No vayas alli! O, al menos, lea esto antes de tomar una decisión. El lugar estaba infestado de chinches y pasamos todas las vacaciones aplicando medicamentos en las erupciones de todo el cuerpo. Lo cual lamentablemente no es la peor parte: después de obtener todas las pruebas necesarias de los médicos, que demostraron que esto es lo que los causó (el propietario, el Sr. Šolić, primero negó enérgicamente incluso la presencia de chinches allí), decidió culparnos (!) por traernos la infestación. Mintió descaradamente varias veces con respecto a esto a la agencia, a través de la cual reservamos nuestra estadía (Adriatic HR), diciendo que trajimos algo de "ropa sucia" y les pedimos que la limpiaran allí al hacer el check-in (vinimos directamente desde casa y nunca tuve una lavandería sucia), después de lo cual decidió (tratar de) extorsionarnos más dinero para las vacaciones que ya habíamos pagado por adelantado, después de que tuvimos que cambiarnos a un alojamiento alternativo (sus amigos) ... y luego todos los días (varias veces al día, en realidad) se escabulló por este nuevo alojamiento, acosándonos por esto: alegando que le debíamos dinero, a pesar de que teníamos documentos (recibos), que mostraban claramente que ya habíamos pagado todo. No se detuvo incluso después de múltiples quejas a la agencia y después de que nos lo dijeran, hemos consultado con nuestro abogado sobre esto, lo que lamentablemente también tuvimos que hacer. Durante este tiempo sufrimos inmensas cantidades de burlas e insultos completamente no provocados, y eventualmente, su aparente deseo de arruinar nuestras vacaciones se hizo realidad: el constante acoso intencional hizo que acortaramos nuestras "vacaciones", y dejamos el alojamiento 6 días antes de nuestro planes. Luego, él (y sus amigos del alojamiento alternativo) incluso mintieron (y enviaron su propia "prueba" falsa) a la agencia, afirmando que nos habíamos quedado hasta el final de las vacaciones planificadas, por lo que la agencia no reembolsaría nuestro dinero. Para aclarar esto: estamos hablando de las noches que pagamos por adelantado, pero durante las cuales en realidad no nos quedamos allí. Después de haber proporcionado a la agencia una prueba definitiva de que en realidad habíamos dejado Artatore 6 días antes (facturas de otro apartamento donde luego fuimos a quedarnos, etc.), y de proporcionarles minuciosamente más de 20 piezas de evidencia de casi todo lo que era. que nos está sucediendo en ese maldito pueblo: fotos, impresiones, ¡lo que sea! - Recibimos una oferta para un reembolso incompleto, que finalmente, unos 2 meses después y con el corazón apesadumbrado, acepté. Ahora me quedan unos 500 euros de pérdidas, 0 días de cualquier cosa que se parezca remotamente a unas vacaciones de verano en la playa, decenas de horas de netas negociaciones con la agencia ... y mucho estrés. PD: Esta es la primera crítica "mala" que escribo. También es la primera vez que hemos tenido un problema real con los propietarios de un alojamiento, y hemos viajado prácticamente por todo el mundo.

The absolute worst "vacation" of our lives. Do NOT go there! Or - at least - read this, before you make your decision. The place was infested with bed bugs and we spent the whole holiday applying medicine on rashes all over our bodies. Which is sadly not the worst part: after getting all the necessary proof from the doctors, proving that this is what caused them (the owner Mr Šolić first strongly denied even the presence of bed bugs there), he decided to blame us (!) for bringing the infestation with us. He blatantly lied multiple times in regard to this to the agency, through which we reserved our stay (Adriatic HR) - saying we brought some "dirty clothes" and asked them to clean them there upon check-in (we came directly from home and never had any dirty laudry), after which he decided to (try to) extort more money from us for the holiday we had already paid for in advance, after we've had to switch to an alternate accommodation (his buddies) ... and then he daily (multiple times per day, actually) sneaked around this new accommodation, harassing us over this: claiming we owe him money, even though we had documents (receipts), which clearly showed we had already paid for everything. He did not stop even after multiple complaints to the agency and after being told, we have consulted with our lawyer about this - which we sadly also had to do. During this time we suffered immense amounts of ridicule and completely unprovoked insults, and eventually, his apparent wish to ruin our vacation came true: the constant intentional harassment made us cut our "vacation" short, and we left the accommodation 6 days prior to our plans. Then, he (and his buddies from the alternative accommodation) even lied (and send their own fake "proof") to the agency, stating that we had stayed until the end of the planned holiday, so the agency would not refund our money. To make this clear: we are talking about the nights we paid for in advance, but during which we actually did not stay there. After we had supplied the agency with definite proof that we had actually left Artatore 6 days before (bills from another apartment where we then went to stay etc.), and painstakinlgy supplying them with cca 20+ pieces of evidence of pretty much everything that was happening to us in that s***hole of a village - photos, prints, you name it! - we got an offer for an incomplete refund, which I eventually, about 2 months later and with a heavy heart - accepted. I am now left with cca 500 eur of losses, 0 days of anything even remotely resembling a summer break at the seaside, tens of hours of netogotiations with the agency .. and huge amounts of stress. P. S.: This is the first ever "bad" review I wrote - ever. It is also the first time we have ever had a real problem with owners of any accommodation, and we have travelled pretty much all over the world.

Bonito apartamento, sin embargo, hay mucha humedad (el área es húmeda, además es sótano y circula poco aire); un montón de mosquitos (que sería mejor si el propietario advirtió a los huéspedes, así que podían equipar ellos mismos). Aire acondicionado 10 € por día de recargo me parece excesivo. Propietario muy discreto y amable. La estancia fue sin embargo agradable.

Appartamento grazioso, però c'è molta umidità (la zona è umida, in più è seminterrato e circola poca aria); tantissime zanzare (sarebbe meglio che il locatore avvisasse gli ospiti così che possano attrezzarsi). Aria condizionata 10 € al giorno di maggiorazione mi pare eccessivo. Proprietario molto discreto e cordiale. Il soggiorno è stato tuttavia piacevole.

pequeño apartamento pero en excelente ubicación cerca del mar con terraza bien utilizable especialmente si tienes un perro. aparcamiento disponible. muy amable y servicial propietario. estancia un poco pequeña hasta 2 personas

piccolo appartamento ma in ottima posizione vicinissimo al mare con terrazzo ben utilizzabile soprattutto se si ha un cane. parcheggio auto disponibile . proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. soggiorno un pò piccolo max 2 persone
