Studio appartement met een terras Crikvenica | AS-21501-a

Het appartement is schoon, de gastheren zijn behulpzaam en gastvrij, dat klopt in het begin. We hadden voor onze vakantie geen uitgaansleven nodig, en we hoefden ook niet in de buurt van het winkelgebied te zijn, zelfs niet 's avonds. Indien nodig beviel de nabijgelegen Spar ons. Het was een beetje ver van de restaurants of tavernes (konoba's), maar ik denk dat je ze zeker dichterbij kunt vinden, we hebben het niet geprobeerd. Hoewel het 3 minuten lopen was van het appartement naar de kust, gaven we de voorkeur aan minder drukke plekken om te zwemmen. Naar hen toe lopen over de asfaltweg langs de kust was voor ons geen probleem. Vanaf dit pad heeft u vanaf vrijwel de gehele lengte een prachtig uitzicht op zee, waardoor het ook geschikt is voor avondwandelingen. Auto's rijden daar echter ook, zij het in één richting - het is noodzakelijk om ze te vermijden en ook op scooterrijders te letten. De locatie van het appartement was voor ons het beste wat het kon zijn. Parkeren is mogelijk op het erf op een stenen stoep. Metalen poort, niet transparant. De buurt is rustig en omdat het doodlopend is, werd er niet zo veel afval weggegooid. Het sterkste voordeel vinden wij het feit dat er naast ons niemand anders in het appartement was, behalve het gastgezin. De kamers zijn groot, we hadden slechts één van de twee woonkamers nodig - de grotere, die ook een afsluitbare ingang naar de tuin had. Zowel de ramen als deze deuren zijn volledig voorzien van rolluiken, waardoor oververhitting van de ruimte overdag werd voorkomen, airconditioning was dus niet nodig. Er is niet genoeg ruimte om aan tafel in de keuken te eten, we gebruikten de tafel samen met de servicebalie als opbergruimte. De keuken was niet getest op voedselbereiding, we brachten het eten automatisch naar het terras onder het afdak. Er was maar één ding dat ons stoorde in de badkamer: een kleine wastafel verborgen voor het toilet, daarom zou ik slechts 9 van de 10 sterren geven, maar de wasmachine compenseert daarvoor. De huisgenoten hadden een tuin aan de overkant van het huis. Er was een schuilplaats in de tuin, waaronder een groep van 10 personen aan een grote tafel kon zitten, er is ook een grill beschikbaar en ook het drogen van kleding was comfortabel opgelost. Zoek geen gazon op, groen groeit alleen in bloembedden, dat is typisch voor appartementen aan zee. De gastheren waren aardig, we hadden een prettige indruk van hen, ze waren bereid en we gaan ervan uit dat ze ook graag aan eventuele andere of hogere eisen van gasten zouden voldoen.

The apartment is clean, the hosts are helpful and hospitable, that's right at the beginning. We didn't need nightlife for our vacation, nor did we need to be near the shopping district, not even during the evenings. If necessary, the nearby Spar pleased us. It was a bit far from the restaurants or taverns (konobas), but I think, you definitely could find them closer, we didn't try it. Although it was a 3-minute walk from the apartment to the shore, we preferred less crowded places for swimming. Walking to them along the asphalt road along the shore was not a problem for us. From this path, there is a beautiful view of the sea from almost its entire length, so it is also suitable for evening walks. However, cars drive there as well, although in one direction - it is necessary to avoid them and pay attention to scooter riders as well. The location of the apartment was the best it could be for us. Parking is allowed in the yard on a stone pavement. Metal gate, not transparent. The neighborhood is quiet and because it is a dead end, not so much garbage was thrown away. The strongest advantage we consider the fact that there was no one else in the apartment apart from us, except the host family. The rooms are large, we only needed one of the 2 living rooms - the larger, which also had a lockable entrance to the yard. Both the windows and these doors are fully equipped with shutters, which prevented overheating of the space during the day, air conditioning was therefore not necessary. There is no enough space for eating at the table in kitchen, we used the table as a storage space together with the service desk. The kitchen was not tested for food preparation, we took the food to the terrace under the shelter automatically. There was only one thing that bothered us in the bathroom - a tiny washbasin hidden in front of the toilet, that's why I would only give 9 out of 10 stars, but the washing machine does the compensation for it. The housemates had a yard on the opposite side of the house. There was a shelter in the yard, under that a group of 10 people could have a sit at a huge table, a grill is also available, and clothes drying was also solved comfortably. Don't look for a lawn, greenery only grows in flower beds, that is typical for seaside apartments. The hosts were kind, we had a pleasant impression of them, they were willing and we assume that they would also pleasant to solve any other or higher demands of guests.

In juli 2023 kregen we de kans om uit te rusten in de stad Crikvenica en in prachtige appartementen te wonen. we vonden alles leuk, dicht bij het strand, de kamers zijn schoon, netjes, geweldige gastheren die een pension voor ons hebben achtergelaten. Goed uitgeruste keuken en badkamer, alles werkt perfect. Een van de kamers heeft een airconditioning, wat erg belangrijk is in de hitte. De tuin is versierd met veel struiken, bomen en bloemen, waarvan de bloei inspireert en de stemming opheft. Een heerlijk terras, veel ruimte, een coole grill waarop het erg handig is om te koken. Indrukken van de stad, de accommodatie, de eigenaren, de zee, het strand - gewoon geweldig. We zijn allemaal tevreden en bevelen deze appartementen aan❤️❤️❤️

In July 2023, we had the opportunity to rest in the city of Crikvenica and live in wonderful apartments. we liked everything, close to the beach, the rooms are clean, tidy, wonderful hosts who left a guest house for us. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, everything works perfectly. One of the rooms has an air conditioner, which is very important in the heat. The yard is decorated with many bushes, trees and flowers, the flowering of which inspires and lifts the mood. A wonderful terrace, a lot of space, a cool grill on which it is very convenient to cook food. Impressions from the city, the accommodation, the owners, the sea, the beach - simply wonderful. We are all satisfied and recommend these apartments❤️❤️❤️

Alles was geweldig. Mooi schoon appartement met een mooi groot terras, uitstekende locatie, dicht bij het strand en het centrum. Zeer vriendelijke, gedienstige eigenaren. Wij gaan daar zeker terug!:)

Všetko bolo super. Krásny čistý apartmán s krásnou veľkou terasou, výborná lokalita, blízko k pláži aj do centra. Veľmi milí, ústretoví majitelia. Určite sa tam ešte vrátime! :)
