De absoluut slechtste "vakantie" van ons leven. Ga daar niet heen! Of - tenminste - lees dit, voordat u uw beslissing neemt. De plaats was besmet met bedwantsen en we brachten de hele vakantie door met het aanbrengen van medicijnen op uitslag over ons hele lichaam. Wat helaas niet het ergste is: nadat hij al het nodige bewijs van de artsen had gekregen, waaruit bleek dat dit de oorzaak was (de eigenaar, de heer Šolić, ontkende eerst ten stelligste zelfs de aanwezigheid van bedwantsen daar), besloot hij ons de schuld te geven (!) voor het meebrengen van de plaag. Hij heeft hierover meerdere keren schaamteloos gelogen tegen het bureau, waardoor we ons verblijf (Adriatic HR) hebben gereserveerd - zeggend dat we wat "vuile kleren" hadden meegebracht en hen vroegen om ze daar schoon te maken bij het inchecken (we kwamen rechtstreeks van huis en nooit vuile was gehad), waarna hij besloot om meer geld van ons af te (proberen) af te persen voor de vakantie die we al vooruit hadden betaald, nadat we moesten overstappen naar een alternatieve accommodatie (zijn maatjes) ... en toen sloop hij dagelijks (meerdere keren per dag eigenlijk) rond in deze nieuwe accommodatie, ons hierover lastigvallend: bewerend dat we hem geld schuldig waren, ook al hadden we documenten (bonnetjes), waaruit duidelijk bleek dat we alles al hadden betaald. Hij stopte niet, zelfs niet na meerdere klachten bij het bureau en na te zijn verteld hebben we hierover overleg gehad met onze advocaat - wat we helaas ook hebben moeten doen. Gedurende deze tijd werden we enorm belachelijk gemaakt en werden we totaal niet uitgelokt, en uiteindelijk kwam zijn schijnbare wens om onze vakantie te verpesten uit: de constante opzettelijke intimidatie zorgde ervoor dat we onze "vakantie" inkorten, en we verlieten de accommodatie 6 dagen voor onze plannen. Vervolgens loog hij (en zijn vrienden van de alternatieve accommodatie) zelfs (en stuurden hun eigen nep "bewijs") naar het bureau, waarin stond dat we tot het einde van de geplande vakantie waren gebleven, zodat het bureau ons geld niet zou terugbetalen. Om dit duidelijk te maken: we hebben het over de nachten die we vooraf betaalden, maar waarin we er eigenlijk niet verbleven. Nadat we het bureau het definitieve bewijs hadden geleverd dat we Artatore eigenlijk 6 dagen eerder hadden verlaten (rekeningen van een ander appartement waar we toen gingen logeren enz.), overkomt ons in dat klotegat van een dorp - foto's, afdrukken, noem maar op! - we kregen een aanbod voor een onvolledige terugbetaling, die ik uiteindelijk, ongeveer 2 maanden later en met pijn in het hart - accepteerde. Ik zit nu met ca 500 eur aan verliezen, 0 dagen van alles wat zelfs maar in de verste verte lijkt op een zomervakantie aan zee, tientallen uren onderhandelen met het bureau .. en enorme hoeveelheden stress. PS: dit is de allereerste "slechte" recensie die ik ooit heb geschreven. Het is ook de eerste keer dat we ooit een echt probleem hebben gehad met eigenaren van een accommodatie, en we hebben vrijwel de hele wereld over gereisd.

The absolute worst "vacation" of our lives. Do NOT go there! Or - at least - read this, before you make your decision. The place was infested with bed bugs and we spent the whole holiday applying medicine on rashes all over our bodies. Which is sadly not the worst part: after getting all the necessary proof from the doctors, proving that this is what caused them (the owner Mr Šolić first strongly denied even the presence of bed bugs there), he decided to blame us (!) for bringing the infestation with us. He blatantly lied multiple times in regard to this to the agency, through which we reserved our stay (Adriatic HR) - saying we brought some "dirty clothes" and asked them to clean them there upon check-in (we came directly from home and never had any dirty laudry), after which he decided to (try to) extort more money from us for the holiday we had already paid for in advance, after we've had to switch to an alternate accommodation (his buddies) ... and then he daily (multiple times per day, actually) sneaked around this new accommodation, harassing us over this: claiming we owe him money, even though we had documents (receipts), which clearly showed we had already paid for everything. He did not stop even after multiple complaints to the agency and after being told, we have consulted with our lawyer about this - which we sadly also had to do. During this time we suffered immense amounts of ridicule and completely unprovoked insults, and eventually, his apparent wish to ruin our vacation came true: the constant intentional harassment made us cut our "vacation" short, and we left the accommodation 6 days prior to our plans. Then, he (and his buddies from the alternative accommodation) even lied (and send their own fake "proof") to the agency, stating that we had stayed until the end of the planned holiday, so the agency would not refund our money. To make this clear: we are talking about the nights we paid for in advance, but during which we actually did not stay there. After we had supplied the agency with definite proof that we had actually left Artatore 6 days before (bills from another apartment where we then went to stay etc.), and painstakinlgy supplying them with cca 20+ pieces of evidence of pretty much everything that was happening to us in that s***hole of a village - photos, prints, you name it! - we got an offer for an incomplete refund, which I eventually, about 2 months later and with a heavy heart - accepted. I am now left with cca 500 eur of losses, 0 days of anything even remotely resembling a summer break at the seaside, tens of hours of netogotiations with the agency .. and huge amounts of stress. P. S.: This is the first ever "bad" review I wrote - ever. It is also the first time we have ever had a real problem with owners of any accommodation, and we have travelled pretty much all over the world.

Mooi appartement, echter, er is veel vochtigheid (het gebied is vochtig, daarnaast is het kelder en circuleert kleine lucht); veel muggen (het zou beter zijn als de verhuurder de gasten waarschuwde, zodat ze zich zouden kunnen uitrusten). Airconditioning 10 € per dag van toeslag lijkt me overdreven. Eigenaar zeer discreet en vriendelijk. Het verblijf was echter aangenaam.

Appartamento grazioso, però c'è molta umidità (la zona è umida, in più è seminterrato e circola poca aria); tantissime zanzare (sarebbe meglio che il locatore avvisasse gli ospiti così che possano attrezzarsi). Aria condizionata 10 € al giorno di maggiorazione mi pare eccessivo. Proprietario molto discreto e cordiale. Il soggiorno è stato tuttavia piacevole.

klein appartement maar op uitstekende locatie nabij de zee met terras goed bruikbaar, vooral als u een hond hebt. Parkeerplaats beschikbaar. zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. blijf een beetje klein tot 2 personen
