Beste behulpzame accommodatie, onberispelijke accommodatie, goed uitzicht op zee, nabijgelegen stranden, winkels, restaurants. De straat naast het gebouw was een beetje lawaaierig (druk), maar het was een gewoonte, het was niet storend.
