One bedroom apartment near beach Postira, Brač | A-705-d

The owner is extremely wonderful - friendly and immediately comes to help if you need anything. We were there for 12 days and we lacked absolutely nothing. The beach is across the entire village, so you don't have to go to the public beach:-)

Lastnik je izjemno cudovit - prijazen in takoj priskoci na pomoc, ce kaj potrebujes. 12 dni sva bila tam in nama ni absolutno nic manjkalo. Plaza je cez celo naselje, tako da se ne rabis drenjat na javni plazi:-)

Accomodation in Postira, Brač in Apartmani Ivo near Mala Lozna beach was for our family with two small kids very conveniet with locality - 50 m from a stone beach and Bistro Levanat with nice view and delicious food, and 4km away with car from well-known sand beach, Loverčina. Housekeepers were very kind and the accomodation it self was small but clean, with all we need:) Our two kids slept in small bedroom with double bad, and the other room was kitchen with livingroom with sofa where we slept - it was fine for two adults, the terrace with posiibility of dining out was priceless and the view on the see was beautifull. We had a very good time staying and we were offered to prolonged our visit, so we did and were happy to be another 4 days by the sea:). I grately recommend this place with satisfaction.

Quiet location very close to the beach, beach pebbles and larger rocks, water shoes are not necessary, hedgehogs were in the depth where the floats. Steep slope into the water, but even so small children can bathe without problems, if not bigger waves. The beach is a beautiful shaded bar (drinks), stand next to the pancakes and corn on the cob. Prices equal to or slightly higher than the national average. Beach restaurant for hot meals there in 2016 was not. Accommodation clean, good quality, but the couch in the living room is not very comfortable (harder). Air conditioning is only in the living room, the bedroom can be a bit of a chill through the open door into the living room. Wifi works great. Plenty of clean towels and bath towels, change after a week including linen. About 600 m is well-stocked supermarket KONZUM and about 800 m away along the beach you can walk to the supermarket Studenac. Restaurant about 400 meters as well as along the beach towards the center of Postira. If we went back to the Brac and we were staying here again.

Klidné místo velmi blízko k pláži, pláž větší oblázky a kameny, boty do vody nejsou nezbytné, ježci byli až v hloubce, kde se plave. Prudší svažitost do vody, ale i tak se malé děti mohou bez problémů koupat, pokud nejsou větší vlny. Na pláži je krásný zastíněný bar (nápoje), vedle stánek na palačinky a vařenou kukuřici. Ceny stejné nebo o málo vyšší než v ČR. Plážová restaurace na teplá jídla tam v roce 2016 nebyla. Ubytování čisté, v dobré kvalitě, jen gauč v obýváku není moc pohodlný (je tvrdší). Klimatizace je jen v obýváku, ložnice se dá trochu vychladit jen otevřenými dveřmi do obýváku. Wifi funguje výborně. Dostatek čistých ručníků a osušek, výměna po týdnu včetně ložního prádla. Asi 600 m je dobře zásobená samoobsluha KONZUM a asi 800 m směrem podél pláže se dá dojít do supermarketu STUDENAC. Restaurace zhruba 400 m a dále podél pláže směrem do centra Postiry. Kdybychom jeli znovu na Brač, tak bychom se ubytovali znovu zde.

The apartment was always very clean, neat and modern. There is air conditioning, telephone and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, stove and microwave. Only the cooking utensils were a little inferior or non-existent. (It should be so invested in higher-quality cutlery and wine glasses for example). The balcony has table and 4 chairs Hanza with a large umbrella fitted. This would be desirable instead of plastic furniture a little higher quality furniture. The otherwise very nice balcony. The grounds were well maintained. There are several garden barbecue available. The distance to the beach is about 50 m. The beach is always very nice. There is, however, every now and again (as in almost all the beaches on which we were) a little trash and debris (which deposits alluvium on the sea so are the people or leave) before. Here is a regular cleaning of the deck area would be desirable. All in all, however the accommodation can be recommended.

Das Apartment war grundsätzlich sehr sauber, gepflegt und modern. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage sowie Telefon und Sat-TV. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Herd und Microwelle ausgestattet. Einzig die Kochutensilien waren etwas minderwertig bzw. nicht vorhanden. (Hier sollte in hochwertigeres Besteck und z.B. Weingläser usw. investiert werden). Der Balkon ist mit Tisch + 4 Sesseln soweie einem großen Sonnenschirm bestückt. Hier wären anstatt der Plastikmöbeln etwas hochwertigere Möbeln wünschenswert. Der Balkon ansonsten sehr schön. Die Außenanlagen waren sehr gepflegt. Es stehen mehrere Gartengriller zur Verfügung. Die Entfernung zum Strand beträgt ca. 50 m. Der Strand ist grundsätzlich sehr schön. Es findet jedoch hin und wieder (so wie auf fast allen Stränden auf denen wir waren) etwas Müll und Schmutz (was das Meer so anschwemmt bzw. die Leute liegen lassen) vor. Hier wäre eine regelmässige Reinigung der Liegebereiche wünschenswert. Alles in allem kann man die Unterkunft jedoch sehr empfehlen.

Property and equipment is new very nice. The home is a nice man. Near the beach is a snack. Gradual beach for families is quite small. A painful experience: One day during my stay local oplotili already quite a small part of the beach and bathed here alone holidaymakers and guests had to find another place to be for families quite difficult.

Objekt aj zariadenie je nové veľmi pekné. Domáci je príjemný pán. Blízko pláže je občerstvenie. Pozvoľná pláž pre rodiny s deťmi je dosť malá. A nepríjemná skúsenosť: Jeden deň počas môjho pobytu miestny oplotili časť už dosť malej pláže a kúpali sa tu sami a dovolenkujúci hostia museli hľadať iné miesto, ktoré bolo pre rodiny s deťmi dosť obtiažne.
