Two bedroom house near beach Lavdara, Dugi otok | K-8155

Absolutely idyllic quiet place, clean sea, no cars. Still, excellent amenities and supermarket 10-30 minutes away if you have a boat. The host is extremely helpful and reliably dealt with our wishes and requirements. On departure, he arrived in his ship ahead of time and everything was pleasant. A four-point lashing for the boat is available on site, which reliably held even a 6m speed boat. The equipment of the apartment is good, there is a huge oven including several grates and tools. The building has a large covered terrace. The host provided us with free covered parking for our car in Sali. Just watch out for the electricity, which is reliably connected to the lighting and the fridge. There is only one 60W socket available for guests. A maximum of a laptop is enough. Overall, this was the best place out of the 25 destinations we visited in 17 years in Croatia.

Naprosto idylické klidné místo, čisté moře, žádná auta. Přesto vynikající vybavenost a dostupnost supermarketu za 10-30 minut, pokud máte loď. Pan domácí je mimořádně ochotný a spolehlivě řešíl naše přání a požadavky. Při odjezdu připlul svojí lodí v předstihu a vše bylo příjemné. Na místě je k dispozici čtyřbodový úvaz pro loď, který spolehlivě udržel i 6m speed boat. Vybavenost apartmánu je dobrá, k dispozici je obrovská pec včetně několika roštů a nářadí. Objekt má velkou zastřešenou terasu. Pan domácí nám dal zdarma k dispozici zastřešené parkoviště pro naše auto v Sali. Jen pozor na elektřinu, která je spolehlivě napojena na osvětlení a lednici. Pro hosty je k dispozici jen jediná zásuvka o příkonu 60W. Stačí maximálně na laptop. Celkově se jednalo o nejlepší místo z 25 destinací, které jsme za 17 let v Chorvatsku navštívili.

Lavdara is a really beatiful little island - excellent for relaxing. The house is tiny but has everything that you need. We very much liked the outdoor area with grill, outdoor sink, terrace and especially the outdoor bathroom with nice view of the sea directly from the shower. There was no problem to charge mobile phone or laptop. What pleasantly surprised us was the electric fridge with freezer. The sea is beautiful and crystal clear. We rented a boat from the owner to be able to visit surrounding bays and go shopping to Sali. It took us only 20 minutes to get to Sali. I would really like to highlight the willingness of the owner. Anything we needed to ask was answered in a very short time. Thank you very much.

We have enjoyed our stay. The house is well maintained and well equipped. A lovely, tranquil spot with wonderful water under shady pines.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Ein schöner, ruhiger Fleck mit wunderbarem Wasser unter schattigen Kiefern.

We didn't miss anything ... We fell in love immediately .... great house, large shady veranda! inside / outside kitchen gas stove and refrigerator with space for 2 weeks! PV power 12v light, everything is charged! Hot water solar! Nice bathroom, showers with a sea view! My favorite place of the GRILL was in use every day! 28 steps to happiness and already at the sea with boat moorings! Concrete & natural beach! Very nice and friendly landlord brought us to Sali & back at any time! Also liked to bring fresh fish over! We'll be back ❤️ Martina + Stefan

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt... Wir haben uns sofort verliebt.... tolles Haus große schattige Veranda! innen/außen Küche Gasherd und Kühlschrank mit Platz für 2 Wochen! PV Strom 12v Licht, hat alles geladen! Warmwasser Solar! Schönes Bad, Duschen mit Meerblick! Mein Lieblings Platz der GRILL war täglich im Einsatz! 28 Stufen zum Glück und schon am Meer mit Bootsliegeplätze! Beton & Natur Strand! Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter holte uns jederzeit nach Sali & zurück! Brachte auch gerne mal frischen Fische vorbei! Wir kommen wieder ❤️ Martina+Stefan

In particular the outdoor area (with BBQ, outdoor sink and terrace) is really nice. Our favorite place of the house was the platform down at the water. The ocean is beautiful and crystal clear. You can rent a boat with the house, which is really necessary as you can’t go grocery shopping without one. The boat ride to the supermarket in Sali takes about 25-30 minutes (with 5ps engine). Sali is a beautiful small town with many nice restaurants. The owners of the house are really friendly and hospitable. During our stay we were able to text them whenever we had any doubts or questions. We would really much recommend the house to anyone who is looking for an extraordinary non-mainstream vacation!

The house is not bad, but unfortunately the owner takes care of it badly. Entrance door grind on the floor, the water barely drains off in the kitchen and the mattresses look very much like old grandma. There is only enough electricity available that you can only charge your mobile phone, unfortunately your laptop cannot. We wouldn't want to go there anymore.

Schlecht ist das Haus nicht, Doch leider kümmert sich der Besitzer schlecht drum. Eingangstüre Schleif am Boden, in der Küche fließt das Wasser kaum ab und die Matratzen riehen ganz stark nach alter Oma. Strom ist nur soviel da, dass man nur handy Aufladen kann, laptop leider nicht. Wir würden dort nicht mehr hin wollen.
