Three bedroom apartment with terrace Mudri Dolac, Hvar | A-4042-a

The apartment was simply furnished, but everything was there. The shower cubicles were leaky. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. There were no shops, but it was not crowded even in high season. The bay is fantastically beautiful, the water is always cool thanks to underground springs, but crystal clear. You have to be sure-footed to reach the bathing plateaus on the steep rocky beach.

Einrichtung der Wohnung einfach, aber alles vorhanden. Duschkabinen waren undicht. Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, dafür ist es selbst in der Hochsaison nicht überlaufen. Die Bucht ist traumhaft schön, Wasser durch unterirdische Quellen immer kühl, dafür kristallklar. Um die Badeplateaus am steilen Felsstrand zu erreichen, muss man trittsicher sein.

The owners are very friendly and available. The location is great, you are a 2min walk from the water. The barbecue is very good. The property is equipped with air conditioning. Conclusion: the apartment is described by Internet users as rustic with just the necessary equipment, which is totally true, so no bad or good surprises. There are two houses, the problem is that you don't know which house you are in until you arrive, so the pictures are misleading. Then, as expected, the equipment is not very modern and the house in general deserves a better layout. In particular the terrace, which deserves for my taste, deckchairs, see a development of the terrace on the roof. The living room/kitchen area is unfortunately only used for cooking, there is no place to rest quietly.

Les propriétaires sont très sympa et disponible. L'emplacement est génial, vous êtes à 2min chrono de marche de l'eau. Le barbecue est très bien. Le bien est équipé d'une climatisation. Conclusion : l'appartement est décrit par les internautes comme rustique avec juste le nécessaire en équipement, ce qui est totalement vrai, donc pas de mauvaises ni de bonnes surprises. Il y a deux maisons, le problème est que vous ne savez pas dans quelle maison vous êtes avant d'arriver, du coup les photos sont trompeuses. Ensuite, comme prévu les équipements sont peu modernes et la maison en général mérite un meilleur agencement. Notamment la terrasse, qui mériterait à mon goût, des transats, voir un aménagement de la terrasse sur le toit. L'espace séjour/cuisine sert malheureusement qu'à faire à manger, il n'y a pas de place pour se poser tranquille.

Sehr schnucklich, war aber alles da was man braucht, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

a szállás nyugodt, csendes, a felszerelése régimódi, de minden működik. A teraszon egy nyugágy és a szobákban egy-egy ventillátor nekünk hiányzott. A tulajdonos kedves és segítőkész. Az öböl gyönyörű, úszni, evezni kiváló.
