I am very satisfied with the accommodation, and extremely dissatisfied with the Adriatic.hr agency. I booked through Booking where it was stated- “no prepayment, pay at the facility” and the agency demanded that she be paid 50% of the amount in advance. Non-transparent by the agency!
Nice, well-equipped apartment (2x bedroom and 2x bathroom). Only a living area is missing. In the mostly good weather you can switch to the area in front of the apartment. Very friendly and helpful landlord. All hygiene requirements complied with. The apartment was completely cleaned, disinfectant and liquid soap (missing in the previous accommodation on the island of Solta).
There is no sea view from the terrace; no air conditioning; no hot water in the kitchen
I was very happy with the apartment. It is located next to the Fortica, with a good view of the sea and easy access to the beach and local restaurants. I liked that the apartment had two bathrooms, and the kitchen was very well stocked with all necessary equipment. The owners were very friendly and the price was fair.
