Two bedroom apartment with terrace and sea view Gršćica, Korčula | A-169-b

The photos of the terrace are not current, they have done a remodeling that greatly obstructs the sea view, which is a big inconvenience since the main attraction for renting this accommodation is the views. The hosts are very nice but communication is complicated because they only speak Croatian. The gentleman kept our identity documents for a whole day because he had to go and register in another town, I think that should not be the case... either we miss a whole day of sightseeing because we have our documentation or we leave it with a stranger. Taking into account that the town where it is located does not have any services, guests should be informed that they should bring the basics, since there is absolutely nothing courtesy in the house (sugar, salt, ..)

Las fotos de la terraza no son actuales, han hecho una remodelación que obstaculiza mucho la vista al mar, cosa que es un gran inconveniente ya que el mayor atractivo para alquilar este alojamiento son las vistas. Los anfitriones son muy agradables pero la comunicación es complicada porque solo hablan croata. El señor se quedó todo un día nuestros documentos de identidad porque tenía que ir a hacer el registro a otro pueblo, considero que eso no debe ser así...o nos perdemos un día completo de turismo por tener nuestra documentación o la dejamos a un desconocido. Teniendo en cuenta que la localidad donde se encuentra no cuenta con ningún servicio, se tendría que informar a los huéspedes que deberían llevar los básicos, ya que en la casa no hay absolutamente nada de cortesía (azúcar, sal,..)

Accommodation without reservations. Two large bedrooms, a large bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a large terrace with a view of the sea. Home sweet people. You can also buy homemade brandy and olive oil from them. Restaurant right next door. They cook very well there. I recommend

Ubytování bez výhrad. Dvě velké ložnice, veliká koupelna, vybavená kuchyň a veliká terasa s výhledem na moře. Domácí milí lidi. Lze u nich i zakoupit Domácí rakii a olivový olej. Restaurace hned v sousedním domě. Výborně tam vaří. Doporučuji

This property is in a great location. Unfortunately the kitchen is old. Fridge broken and stove not usable without problems. The landlords are very friendly, but they don't speak English. The cooperation with the Adriatic.hr agency was more than inadequate and only helped once with a translation. I advise against Adriatic.hr and do not necessarily criticize the accommodation at this point (the deficiencies can be easily remedied, not all of them have been listed here) but the agency's unwillingness to compromise. : S.

Diese Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage. Leider ist die Küche alt. Kühlschrank defekt und Herd nicht ohne Probleme nutzbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, allerdings sprechen sie kein Englisch. Die Kooperation mit der Agentur Adriatic.hr war mehr als mangelhaft und nur einmal von geringer Hilfe in einer Übersetzung dienlich. Ich rate von Adriatic.hr ab und kritisiere an dieser Stelle nicht unbedingt die Unterkunft (die Mängel kann man leicht beheben, es wurde hier noch nicht alle aufgezählt) sondern die mangelnde Kompromissbereitschaft der Agentur. :S

The owners are extremely friendly. They were willing to help us with all things. The apartment is right by the sea, spotless. Parking is possible right next to the apartment. The owners also brought us their figs. We had a really nice holiday and hope to be back again. The owners are extremely friendly. They were willing to help us with all things. The owners also brought us their figs. We had a really nice holiday and hope to be back again. Lastnika sta izredno prijazna. Bila sta nam pripravljena pomagati pri vseh stvareh. Stanovanje je tik ob morju, super čisto. Parkirati je možno takoj ob apartmaju. Lastnika sta nam prinesla tudi svoje fig. Preživeli smo res lep dopust in upamo, da se še vrnemo.

Very nice apartment. The only inconvenience is that there are 38 stairs to it.:) Gršćica is a nice old fishing village. The nearest beach is in Prizba, a few km away. The village swimming pool is in the harbor.

Zelo prijeten apartma. Edina neprijetnost, da je do njega 38 stopnic.:) Gršćica je simpatična stara ribiška vasica. Najbližja plaža je v Prižbi, nekaj km stran. Vaško kopališče je v luki.

:S Total absence of hospitality. Host is grumpy, gruff, and has difficulty understanding the downpayment system. An older apartment where the bathroom smelled horrible. The toilet fumes spread throughout the apartment even with the bathroom door closed. It was not tolerable.
