+ Magnificent location, with beautiful view; attached to the sea, with a jetty reserved only for the 4 apartments of the house, equipped with sunbeds and hot shower; magnificent sea. The room immediately above is convenient, which supplies bread in the morning and has a bar and restaurant (but does not create noise problems). Convenient parking. Excellent possibilities in the area for cycling and canoeing. - In apartment 1: very small room, with a west wall (hot), somewhat old and noisy air conditioning system, with only one split in the entrance, difficulty getting electricity into the house, in the evening, due to the lack of a mosquito net in the living room and the position of the bedroom window; very small bathroom, with uncomfortable sink and uncomfortable shower curtain; lack of coat hangers; Wi-Fi is available only on the terrace.
With the owner and the apartment, everything is ok. The agency is way too expensive.
