While the house is on the great location minute from the sea, apartments are very low maintained and not updates. I was not very thrilled with cleanliness of the house either ( found some hair in the night stand and daw a lot of spiderweb on the sealing). Furthermore some pans were old and scratched not even safe for use. Apts have a lot of mosquitoes and not sufficient nets on the windows and terrace doors to prevent them. On the other hand host Adriana was very quick to respond to any request and was very kind. Terrace and the view of this house is just amazing.

Good and quiet location. Accommodation not suitable because: - lack of the fifth bed, there was a sofa bed broken down on which it was not possible to sleep; - there were ants everywhere, served a disinfestation; - lack of mosquito net on a window, therefore it was not possible to sleep with the windows open.

Posizione buona e tranquilla. Sistemazione non idonea in quanto: - mancanza del quinto letto, c'era un divano letto sfondato sul quale non era possibile dormire; - c'erano formiche dovunque, serviva una disinfestazione; - mancanza zanzariera su una finestra, pertanto non era possibile dormire con le finestre aperte.

Apartment a little old with very basic equipment but a breathtaking view of the first bay of Lumbarda. Magnificent! A few steps down for swimming. The center of Lumbarda is 3-4 minutes by car.

Appartement un peu ancien avec équipement très basique mais une vue imprenable sur la première baie de Lumbarda. Magnifique! Quelques marches à descendre pour la baignade. Le centre de Lumbarda est à 3-4 minutes en voiture.
