Two bedroom apartment with air-conditioning Lumbarda, Korčula | A-9262-b

For the second year of our twenty:) stay on the island of Korčula, we stayed in this apartment on the edge of the town of Lumbarda, overlooking the most beautiful beach on Korčula, Vela Pržina - a sandy beach ideal for all age groups and a beach restaurant and toilets. This year's all-day parking fee at the beach EUR 5 (last year HRK 20):) 1 sunbed, this year EUR 5 and an umbrella EUR 5, for a set of 2 sunbeds + an umbrella EUR 15. Pržina beach is a 10-minute walk away, the second sandy beach Bilin Žal is 6 minutes away - also nice, only a narrower strip/space for lying and it is on the windward side. City center with restaurants and services within a 10-minute walk, every Friday Food Festival with local specialties right in the center. For breakfast, coffee and dinner, I recommend the Maestral restaurant right in the center of Lumbarda - they have great prices, a selection of pizzas, even in large sizes, as well as the classic fried calamari, čevapčica, risotto and pasta with seafood. A liter of wine for 15 EUR. The apartment is nice, clean, perfect wifi and air conditioning, great spacious terrace with a view of the sea. We stayed with 5 people, 2 adults and 3 children (8, 11, 13) - an apartment for 4 is ideal in size, but we were satisfied this way. The surroundings of the apartment are quiet. Již druhým rokem z našeho asi dvacátého:) pobytu na ostrově Korčula jsme se ubytovali v tomto apartmánu na okraji městečka Lumbarda, s výhledem na nejhezčí pláž na Korčule Vela Pržina - písečná pláž ideální pro všechny věkové kategorie a plážovou restaurací a toaletami. Letošní celodenní parkovné u pláže 5 EUR (loni 20 kuna):) Lehátko 1 ks, letos 5 EUR a slunečník 5 EUR , za set 2 lehátka + slunečník 15 EUR. Pláž Pržina dostupná 10 minut pěšky, druhá písečná pláž Bilin Žal 6 minut - taky hezká, jen užší pás/prostor na ležení a je na návětrné straně . Centrum města se restauracemi a službami do 10 minut pěšky, každý pátek Festival jídla s místními specialitami přímo v centru. Na snídaně, kávu a i večeře doporučuji restauraci Maestral přímo v centru Lumbardy - mají skvělé ceny, nabídku pizzy i ve velké velikosti a k tomu klasiku smažené kalamáry, čevapčici, rizoto a těstoviny s mořskými plody. Litr vína za 15 EUR. Apartmán hezký, čistý, perfektní wifi i klimatizace, skvělá prostorná terasa s výhledem na moře. Bydleli jsme v 5 lidech, 2 dospělí a 3 děti (8, 11, 13) - úplně ideální je velikostně apartmán spíš pro 4, ale my jsme byli takto spokojení. Okolí apartmánu klidné. Úžasně milí a pohostinní majitelé. Beautiful accommodation with a view of the sea and our favorite beach, a spacious terrace with plenty of privacy, a large fridge with a large freezer, air conditioning, very kind and helpful hosts. Proximity to the town of Lumbarda, beaches, restaurants - all within walking distance. Many evening/cultural/fun events for families with children in Lumbarda. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this apartment (Lucie, Alexander + 3 children).

Krásné ubytování s výhledem na moře a naši oblíbenou pláž, prostorná terasa s dostatkem soukromí, velká lednice s velkým mrazákem, klimatizace, moc milí a ochotní hostitelé. Blízkost města Lumbarda, pláží, restaurací - vše v pěší vzdálenosti. Ve městě Lumbarda mnoho večerních/kulturních/zábavních akcí pro rodiny s dětmi. The name is Apartment with parking, but the parking space at the house can not be used, it is said to be for the home, the public parking must be about 50m away. In addition, we did not know it in advance, after arriving at the apartment according to the address must back up a narrow alley. Accommodation corresponded to the photos and a lower price (small space, some equipment partially functional). The landlord was helpful, she enjoyed an excellent dinner and her own fruit. The location is familiar to us, we did not mind the church bells ringing every half hour.

Název je Apartmán s parkováním, ale parkovací místo u domu nelze využívat, prý je pro domácí, musí se na hromadné parkoviště cca 50m daleko. Navíc jsme to nevěděli předem, po příjezdu k apartmánu dle adresy se musí couvat úzkou uličkou. Ubytování odpovídalo fotografiím i nižší ceně (malý prostor, některé vybavení funkční částečně). Ubytovatelka vstřícná, potěšila výbornou večeří i vlastním ovocem. Lokalita pro nás známá, kostelní zvony bijící každou půlhodinu nám nevadily.
