Comfortable, quiet accommodation with beautiful sea views. I recommend it to lovers of tranquility. There are some bugs: wifi is pretty weak. The TV is not good at all. The kitchen is not connected to hot water, but there is a dishwasher. We wanted to be here
The place is very nice, but we were very dissatisfied with the accommodation. Considerable vacancy of the apartment. A lot of faults: unsatisfactory bathroom - low water pressure, cannot regulate the shower, very weak light. Inappropriate sink without the possibility of sealing the spout. The owner blinded the hot water in the kitchen sink, only functional cold water. Allocated 1 toilet paper for 5 people per week with the words buy more yourself. The owner demanded 6 euros per day for air conditioning. After a strong warning about the prescribed fee of 5 euros, he changed it the next day. Unsecured parking for the second car, (reservation of parking spaces for 2 cars was indicated in advance in the request and reserved). Finally, emergency parking in the building. On departure, vulgar and arrogant behavior with shouting and physical attacks and throwing things. He demanded 10 euro per person for the final inspection of the rooms. When leaving the building, he kicked part of the base of the license plate of one of the cars. Unlike last year's stay in Zavalatica - great satisfaction. A completely different and unsatisfactory approach.
Místo velmi pěkné, ale s ubytováním jsme byli značně nespokojeni. Značná vybydlenost apartmánu. Hodně závad: nevyhovující koupelna - malý tlak vody, nelze regulovat sprchu, velmi slabé světlo. Nevhodné umyvadlo bez možnosti utěsnění výlevky. Majitelem zaslepena teplá voda v dřezu kuchyně, pouze funkční studená voda. Přidělen 1 toaletní papír pro 5 osob na týden se slovy kupte si další sami. Za klimatizaci požadoval majitel 6 euro na den. Po důrazném upozornění na předepsanou taxu 5 eur druhý den změnil. Nezajištěné parkování pro druhý automobil, (rezervace parkovacích míst pro 2 auta byla předem uvedena v požadavku a rezervována). Nakonec nouzové stání v objektu. Při odjezdu vulgární a arogantní chování s výkřiky a fyzickým napadáním a vyhazováním věcí. Za konečnou kontrolu pokojů požadoval 10 euro na osobu. Při opouštění objektu ukopl část podkladu registrační značky jednoho z aut. Na rozdíl od loňského pobytu v Zavalatici-veliká spokojenost. Naprosto rozdílný a nevyhovující přístup.
