Odlično smo se imeli.

The house is indeed surrounded by greenery and has a large terrace, but everything else is questionable. In the kitchen, the dried remains of someone's food, dirty to the point of being sticky, unswept and unwashed obviously for a long time. The wall around the trash can is dirty, and the socket is black with dirt. Remote from the air conditioner, yellow and sticky, in the bathroom the hair of someone who has showered before. I called the owner, who said that there is no maid until the next day at 3 p.m. I called the Agency, who wrote me a set of rules according to which I should wait 6 hours for them to see the owner, then they are closed from 10 pm to 8 am, then another 6 hours for removal, and if I go somewhere else on my own accord, then the appeal is rejected as unfounded. I would like to mention that I duly paid for everything in advance and went to the first hotel with a free room, where I again paid for it myself. Is it too much to ask for hygienic conditions in the 21st century?

Kuća je doista okružena zelenilom i ima veliku terasu, ali sve ostalo je upitno. U kuhinji sasušeni ostaci nečije hrane, prljavo do te mjere da je ljepljivo, nepometeno i neoprano očito već dulje vrijeme. Zid oko kante za smeće prljav, a utičnica crna od prljavštine. Daljinski od klime žut i ljepljiv, u kupaonici dlake nekoga tko se prije tuširao. Zvala sam Vlasnicu koja je rekla da do sljedećag dana u 15 h nema spremačicu. Zvala sam Agenciju koja mi je napisala niz pravila prema kojima trebam čekati 6 h da oni vide sa vlasnicom, onda ne rade od 22h do 8h ujutro, zatim još 6h za otklanjanje, a ako odem negdje drugdje samovoljno, onda se žalba odbija kao neosnovana. Napominjem da sam sve uredno platila unaprijed i otišla u prvi hotel sa slobodnom sobom gdje sam ponovno sama platila. Zar je u 21. stoljeću previše tražiti higijenske uvjete?
