Unsanitary conditions, decaying furniture, shower not working properly, humidity and unpleasant smell. The price does not correspond to the quality of the service.
Very negative assessment, dirty house with the smell of mold, we could not sleep in one of the rooms. Lamp not working so the kitchen was totally dark. Insect larvae nestled outside the door window. The house seemed abandoned ...
The apartment is totally run down. I do not know from when the photos are Adriatic has, but they correspond in any way more to the current condition.
The apartment is in a good location. Distribution of rooms good. External terraces large enough. The availability of a large plus garage. Rooms not very clean and neglected. Very neatly tidy. Falling from the curtain fixings is a bit overdone. The kitchen required self cleaning because it made an unpleasant impression. Surrounding the building very neglected. Host does not pay attention to order. We were expecting a higher standard. Access to the beach between buildings poorly prepared. Due to the large space and the fact that we had the whole building at our disposal, we consider it a great success. Unfortunately we will not recommend the place to friends because of general disorder and neglect in the building and out.:(
A refreshment would be necessary as well as cleaning before the arrival of the holiday makers.

We spent two weeks in a very relaxing, away from the crowds and this has really recharged. The girls have enjoyed a lot. This part of Croatia is worth visiting even if the trip for us was very long and tiring. : Lol:
