The owner could not communicate in any other language, only in Croatian (he already knows). The boiler was rusty, the walls were stained, the floor was dirty and was soaked. A tulajdonossal nem lehetett semmilyen más nyelven kommunikálni, csak horvátul( már aki tud) . A bojler rozsdás volt, a falak foltosak, a padló koszos és fel volt ázva. A lépcsőház és a szoba szellőzetlen, kellemetlen dohos dohányszagú volt, törölköző nem tartozott a szobához. The owner doesnt speak any other language, only croatian. Apartment photos are far from the truth ..:/ Bothered me was severe neglect and disorder. Yet what furniture was in the room was the first Russian war. Thing about the apartment is that the above exchange, store, newsstand, being close to the bars and the beach. Podaca town is lovely and quite calm. It is an excellent starting point for the journey through Dalmatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Owners were fine, apartment do not recommend it unless you ge to severe severe force.

Slike apartmaja so daleč od resnice:/.. Motila me je huda zanemarjenost in neurejenost. Še tisto pohištvo, ki je bilo v sobi je bilo iz prve ruske vojne. Dobra plat apartmaja je, da je spodaj menjalnica, trgovina, trafika, da so blizu lokali in plaža. Mestece Podaca je simpatično in precej umirjeno. Je odlično izhodišče za popotovanja po dalmaciji in v BiH. Lastnika sta bila v redu, apartmaja pa ne priporočam,razen če ge za hudo hudo silo.

Accommodation is at an average level, consisting of a kitchen stove and an old refrigerator, two pots and three teaspoons nevyhovujuca.plaz but it is nice but the distance is not 100 but 300 meters well and do a decent hill and across busy but mainly cestu.domaci are friendly and mily people.

ubytovanie je na priemernej urovni,kuchyna pozostávajuca z dvojplatnicky a starej chladnicky,dvoch hrncov a troch lyziciek je ale nevyhovujuca.plaz je pekná ale vzdialenost je nie 100 ale dobre 300m a do poriadneho kopca a cez frekventovanu hlavnu cestu.domaci su ale prijemny a mily ludia.

If anyone is looking good too expensive lodgings, I can highly recommend this accommodation. It is close (100m) beautiful beach with showers and most importantly crystal clear water. The larger cities (Gradac) is only 5km. There is a small supermarket and bazaar just to get out of the building. The standard is satisfactory, in particular looking at the price. RECOMMEND: smile:

Jeśli ktoś szuka dobrego niezbyt drogiego lokum to mogę gorąco polecić tę kwaterę. Jest blisko (100m) pięknej plaży z prysznicami i co najważniejsze krystalicznie czystą wodą. Do większego miasta (Gradac) jest zaledwie 5km. Na miejscu jest sklep samoobsługowy i mały bazar wystarczy wyjść z budynku. Standard jest zadowalający w szczególności patrząc na cenę. POLECAM:smile:

In this house we were from 15.7.2008 to 24.7.2008. We had a half board stay. I must say that the landlady very well cooked and so, even though we had a lot of movement, we gained weight. The balcony has a beautiful view of the sea. We were happy with our holiday.

V tomto objekte sme boli od 15.7.2008 do 24.7.2008. Mali sme pobyt s polpenziou. Musím povedať, že pani domáca veľmi dobre varila a tak, aj keď sme mali veľa pohybu, sme pribrali. Z balkóna je krásny výhľad na more. Boli sme s našou dovolenkou spokojní.
