old equipment, the dishes we had to, if not used by guests in front of us, first washed, it was dusty and greasy, okay, mattresses - but a lot, cabinets full of old owner's clothes- we had things on towels on the floor, the owner cleaned only - under the beds and parquet full of dust, we had to wipe it first, the owner did not solve our problem with an empty gas bomb at the stove or despite the urgency of Adriatic,: worried:

staré vybavení, nádobí jsme si museli , pokud ho nepoužívali hosté před námi, nejprve umýt, bylo zaprášené a mastné,fuj, proleželé matrace- ale hodně, skříně plné starého oblečení majitele- věci jsme mněli na ručnících na zemi, majitel uklízel pouze s vysavačem- pod postelemi a na parketách plno prachu, museli jsme si to nejprve sami vytřít, majitel nevyřešil náš problém s prázdnou plynovou bombou u sporáku ani přes urgence Adriatiku, :worried:

We arrived at 2:00 pm and the accommodation was not ready. We waited about 30 minutes, we went through the apartment - at first glance OK. We paid the owner and we were instructed to take the keys when we left the mailbox. So we saw the owner for about 5 minutes. The apartment's equipment has already gone a long way, but it can survive. So, except for those mattresses. But what is upsetting is the cabinets full of clothes and things of the owner. The apartment is full of wardrobes, but it is free in the bedroom and in the room for just three. Can not it clear at least some cabinets before the season? It was only cleared where it was at first glance to see. I do not know if we were the first to rent this year, but the dust drops under the bed were definitely in a few weeks. The five beds were covered with only three sheets - a local custom - a double bed = one large sheet. It is bad if it is not warm at night. We were looking for some blankets, those we found to remember the grandmother's owner. Finally, we used bed covers on the cover (or what it was). The apartment would need an investment. Plus is a place and a terrace that is shaded all day. The beach is just below the windows and there was no head on her head. It is a pleasant walk to the town. So - this location does, but not in this apartment.

Přijeli jsme ve 14:00 a ubytování nebylo připravené. Počkali jsme asi 30 min, prošli jsme si apartmán - na první pohled OK. Zaplatili jsme majiteli a dostali jsme pokyn, ať klíče hodíme při odjezdu do schránky. Takže jsme majitele viděli cca 5 minut. Vybavení apartmánu má už dost za sebou, ale to se dá přežít. Teda až na ty proležené matrace. Co ale naštve jsou skříně plné oblečení a věcí majitele. Apartmán je plný skříní, ale volná je v ložnici i v pokoji pro tři jen jedna. To nemůže před sezónou aspoň nějaké skříně vyklidit? Uklizeno bylo jen tam, kde to bylo na první pohled vidět. Nevím jestli jsme byli první pronájem letošního roku, ale ty závěje prachu pod postelí byly rozhodně za několik týdnů. Na pěti postelích byly na přikrytí jen tři prostěradla - místní zvyk - dvoupostel = jedno velké prostěradlo. Smůla je, když není v noci teplo. Hledali jsme nějaké deky, ty co jsme našli pamatují snad babičku majitele. Nakonec jsme na přikrytí použili nějaké přehozy na postel (nebo co to bylo). Apartmán by už potřeboval investici. Plusem je místo a terasa, která je celý den zastíněná. Pláž je hned pod okny a nebyla na ní hlava na hlavě. Do městečka je to příjemná procházka. Takže - tato lokalita ano, ale ne v tomto apartmánu.

Wonderful location. With terraces you can watch kids in the sea. So, a little bit of a palm, but yes. Shopkeeper about 10 m. Certainly we will repeat it. The equipment is an old date, but it did not bother us

Uzasna lokalita. S terasy mozete sledovat deti v mori. Teda trochu vadia palmy, ale da sa. Obchodik asi 10 m. Urcite si to zopakujeme. Vybavenie je starsieho datumu, ale nam to nevdailo

Very beautiful setting with beach 10 steps. not visible in the pictures, but the kitchen window faces a wall and is only artificial lighting, the beds are horribly uncomfortable pedih, otherwise we had no other objections, but bad enough when a man can not rest at night because I was so uncomfortable the bed.

Nagyon szép környezetben a tengerpart 10 lépésre. A képeken nem látszik, de a konyha ablak egy falra néz és csak mesterséges világítás van, az ágyak pedih iszonyúan kényelmetlenek, amúgy más kifogásunk nem volt, de elég kellemetlen amikor nem tud az ember éjszaka pihenni, mert annyira kényelmetlen az ágy.

Wonderful holiday apartment részünk.Az was beautiful, well-equipped, the terrace has a beautiful view of the sea, and the vast hegyvonulatra.A nice owner, segítőkész.Kristálytiszta water charming streets, shops restaurants közel.Csodaszép Podgora place!:)

Csodálatos nyaralásban volt részünk.Az apartman szép,jól felszerelt,a teraszról gyönyörű kilátás a tengerre,és a hatalmas hegyvonulatra.A tulajdonos kedves,segítőkész.Kristálytiszta víz hangulatos utcák,bolt étterem közel.Csodaszép hely Podgora!:)

Hello, I am very satisfied with the choice of accommodation, beautifully prepared, tidy apartment, very friendly owner, beach fully fit since I was a small child and the perfect place to relax, no deaf, palm trees, flowers .. beauty .. I highly recommend!:-)
