The host - Mr. Duje is a very nice, helpful man. He welcomed us as his own family. The atmosphere in the house is very nice, quiet and peaceful. The view from the balcony is amazing 😍 The rooms have basic equipment - it is clean and fragrant (dishwashing liquids, soap and even a floor cloth we were pleasantly surprised by). As for the place - a fantastic small town, close to Omiś. There is a shop nearby, a fruit market and a restaurant. Beach 3 minutes from the house, which was a great solution with children. The beach is beautiful, calm and, above all, clean. The sunset from the beach was impressive! We recommend 🥰

Gospodarz - Pan Duje bardzo miły, pomocny człowiek. Przyjął nas jak własną rodzinę. Atmosfera w domu bardzo fajna , cicho , spokojnie. Widok z balkonu niesamowity 😍Pokoje posiadają podstawowe wyposażenie - jest czysto, pachnąco ( płyny do naczyń, mydło czy chociażby ścierką do podłogi nas mile zaskoczyło). Co do miejsca - rewelacyjne małe miasteczko , blisko Omiś . Jest sklep w pobliżu, bazar z owocami i restauracja . Plaza 3 minuty od domu co z dziećmi było super rozwiązaniem. Plaza piękna, spokojna i przede wszystkim czysta . Z plaży stanići zachód słońca zrobił wrażenie! Polecamy 🥰

The apartment leaves much to be desired. The electrical outlets coming out of the wall are terrifying. The bed in the bedroom was terribly creaking. Ants all over the house. No mop to wipe the floor - just a cloth. The host doesn't seem friendly. Great location - close to the sea and a beautiful view of the sea.

Mieszkanie zostawia dużo do życzenia. Kontakty elektryczne wychodzące ze ściany przerażają. Łóżko w sypialni strasznie skrzypiące. Mrówki w całym domu. Żadnego mopa do wycierania podłogi - tylko sama szmatka. Gospodarz nie wydaje się przyjacielski. Lokalizacja super - blisko do morza oraz piękny widok na morze.

I highly recommend Apartments Balića Rat (Omiš) and the town in which it is located. I also greet the owners, who are very friendly. The views and the nearby beach create a unique atmosphere. Everything was in line with my expectations. When it comes to accommodation, it was also ok. A tip I can give if someone is going to this place with their car. You should drive from Split, not according to Google navigation, because the exit from the highway and access to this town may not appeal to everyone. Steep, mountainous and winding roads and chasms emerging from the window of the car may cause slight fear. Before you reach the road, you have to struggle a bit. The rest without complaints. If I come back to this city, I will use the same offer without fear.

Gorąco polecam Apartamenty Balića Rat (Omiš) oraz miejscowość w jakim on się znajduje. Pozdrawiam również właścicieli, którzy są bardzo sympatyczni. Widoki i pobliska plaża tworzą niepowtarzalny klimat. Wszystko było zgodne z moimi oczekiwaniami. Jeśli chodzi o zakwaterowanie również było ok. Wskazówka jaką mogę udzielić jeśli ktoś wybiera się w to miejsce swoim samochodem. Należy jechać od Splitu, a nie jak prowadzi nawigacja Google, bo zjazd z autostrady i dojazd do tej miejscowości nie wszystkim może przypaść do gustu. Strome, górzyste i kręte drogi oraz przepaści wyłaniające się z za okna samochodu mogą wywołać lekkie obawy. Za nim dotrzecie do jezdni, trzeba się trochę pomęczyć. Reszta bez zarzutów. Jeżeli wrócę do tej miejscowości bez obaw skorzystam z tej samej oferty.

the first few days quite noisy neighbors of Arab origin who occupied the whole floor....in the nearby apartments there are often noisy parties in the evening, in one case maybe until 01:30....but the sea can erase all these negative experiences:)

prvnich par dni dost hlucni sousede arabskeho puvodu, kteri obsadili cele patro....v okolnich apartmanech casto vecer hlucna party, v jednom pripade snad do 01:30....ale more vse tyto negativni zkusenosti umi vymazat:)
