One bedroom apartment near beach Nemira, Omiš | A-4277-a

We were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment is well equipped, it even has 2 toilets:-) the kitchen is small, but furnished and equipped. The beach is directly below the apartment, access to the sea is very good. Part of Nemir is on a very steep slope above the sea with narrow streets, but it has its own charm. The city of Omiš is very nice and offers many possibilities for entertainment and has a large urban sandy beach. The locals are nice and pleasant people. The apartment was clean and nicely prepared. Overall, we rate the stay very well and recommend it to everyone.

S pobytom sme boli veľmi spokojní. Apartmán je dobre vybavený, má dokonca 2 toalety:-) kuchynka je maličká, ale zariadená a vybavená. Pláž je priamo pod apartmánom, prístup do mora veľmi dobrý. Časť Nemira je vo veľmi strmom svahu nad morom s úzkymi uličkami, ale má to svoje čaro. Mesto Omiš je veľmi pekné a ponúka veľa možností zábavy a má veľkú mestskú pieskovú pláž. Domáci sú sympatickí a príjemní ľudia. Apartmán bol čistý a pekne pripravený. Celkovo pobyt hodnotíme veľmi dobre a odporúčam všetkým.

The beach is crowded and this is the only minus, great location, close to the water:), no air conditioning and no TV to watch, we are happy.

Palża zatłoczona i to jest jedyny minus , super lokalizacja bliskość wody:) , brak klimy i tv do przeżycia jesteśmy zadowoleni .

It would be necessary to invest in the renovation of the apartment - doors, windows, bathroom, kitchen, bed. We love the place, that's why we stop our eyes on the equipment of the apartment.

Uz by bylo potreba zainvestovat do rekontrukce apartmanu - dvere, okna, koupelna, kuchyn, postel. Misto zboznujeme, proto zavirame oci nad vybavenim apartmanu.

Everything ok. Unfortunately, no tv. An incomplete set of dishes. Appreciable lack of a microwave or a toaster.

Wszystko ok. Niestety brak tv. Niepełny komplet naczyń. Odczuwalny brak mikrofali ewentualnie tostera.

The building is located in an ideal location in Nemira - right next to the beach (10 m). It is well equipped (mainly the kitchen), the advantage is also a separate toilet and a separate bathroom. I would like to have only 2 comments about the device. There would be at least 1 closet for clothes, and a larger table would be more suitable on the terrace, which could also be used for eating meals or for party games. We felt very comfortable in this building and the evening sunsets directly from the terrace are priceless. Thanks to the gradual entry into the sea, it was possible not only to swim, but also to comfortably use a paddleboard. The beach was not crowded, we mainly used the terrace of the house for sunbathing. However, guests would definitely benefit from a functional parasol stand and the possibility to use sunbeds. (We brought our own from home.) We warmly recommend the property and its pleasant surroundings (beautiful garden, beach, possibilities for trips to nearby attractions, etc.) to other visitors. It is possible that we will come back here again, because we had a great vacation here. In conclusion, I would also very positively evaluate the willingness and communication with the Adriatic.hr staff, with whom we were in contact when booking accommodation and promptly solving any of our requests. Objekt sa nachádza na ideálnom mieste v Nemire - rovno pri pláži (10 m). Vybavený je dobre (hlavne kuchyňa), výhodou je aj samostatné WC a samostatná kúpeľňa. Snáď by som mala len 2 pripomienky k zariadeniu. Zišla by sa aspoň 1 skriňa na oblečenie a na terase by bol vhodnejší väčší stôl, ktorý by sa dal používať aj na konzumáciu jedál, prípadne na spoločenské hry. My sme sa v tomto objekte cítili veľmi príjemne a na nezaplatenie sú večerné západy slnka priamo z terasy. Aj vďaka pozvoľnému vstupu do mora sa dalo nielen kúpať, ale aj pohodlne využívať paddleboard. Pláž nebola preplnená, my sme na opaľovanie využívali hlavne terasu domu. Hosťom by ale určite pomohol funkčný stojan pod slnečník a mať možnosť používať aj opaľovacie lehátka. (My sme si doniesli vlastné z domu.) Objekt aj s príjemným prostredím (krásna záhrada, pláž, možnosti výletov za atrakciami v blízkom okolí,...) vrelo odporúčame aj ďalším návštevníkom. Nie je vylúčené, že sa sem ešte niekedy vrátime, lebo sme tu zažili skvelú dovolenku. Na záver by som aj veľmi pozitívne hodnotila ochotu a komunikáciu s pracovníkmi Adriatic.hr, s ktorými sme boli v kontakte pri rezervácii ubytovania a promptnom riešení akýchkoľvek našich požiadaviek.
