A great holiday in a fantastic accommodation. We were able to switch off, our dog was in good hands and always able to run free. The landlord was very nice and always available, but everything was there. Accommodation very clean. It's a shame that it's already fully booked until 2026, but anyone who has been there knows why. Beautiful. Swimming, snorkelling and stand-up paddling every day in October. One day only rain in October. Water still 22 degrees until the last day, at the beginning of the month 23.4 Great host

Ein super Urlaub in einer fantastischen Unterkunft. Wir konnten bestens abschalten , unser Hund bestens aufgehoben und immer Freilauf. Der Vermieter sehr nett und immer erreichbar , aber es war r alles da. Unterkunft sehr sauber . Schade das schon bis 2026 ausgebucht ist , aber wer da war weiß auch warum . Wunderschön . Im Oktober jeden Tag baden , schnorcheln uns Standup Paddel. Einen Tag nur Regen im Oktober . Wasser immer noch bis zum letzten Tag 22 Grad, Anfang des Monats 23,4 Toller Gastgeber

Pure peace, pure relaxation, fantastic location, a holiday to really relax. The house has everything you need on holiday, simply put, everything is excellent. We'll be back next year because you couldn't wish for a better place to relax.

Ruhe pur,Erholung pur,fantastisch gelegen,ein Urlaub so richtig zum entspannen.Das Haus hat alles zu bieten,was man im Urlaub benötigt,einfach gesagt, alles hervorragend.Sind nächstes Jahr wieder am Start,da man sich keinen besseren Ort zum erholen wünschen kann.

The house is in a great location right on the shore with its own jetty. We were here for the last two weeks in May and had great weather. The house offers all the comforts as described. The landlord is very friendly, met us right at the ferry and showed us to the house. We would love to come back.

Das Haus hat eine super Lage direkt am Ufer mit eigenen Steg. Wir waren die Letzten zwei Wochen im Mai hier und hatten super Wetter. Das Haus bietet allen Comfort so wie beschrieben. Der Vermieter ist sehr freunlich ,hat uns direkt an der Fähre empfangen und zum Haus geführt. Wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen.

The house is beautiful, small, compact and very clean. It is equipped with everything you need, even a freezer compartment. There was enough electricity and water. There were even dishwasher tablets and washing-up liquid on site, which I had brought with me as a precaution. The property is quite large, very well maintained and also fenced. There is sufficient lighting everywhere, both inside and outside. The key is picked up from the owner in the main town of Tkon and he then takes the guest to the house. (Caution: the road is VERY narrow and bumpy!) Communication in English was easy despite shortcomings. Marko is very nice and committed, always reachable by text message and helps with any problem, he even brought us a container for glass waste. The beach is rocky as usual, but very clean and there is a jetty that makes getting there a little more pleasant. The place is small and sleepy, but sufficient for the essentials like shopping or eating out.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, klein, kompakt und sehr sauber. Es ist mit allem eingerichtet was benötigt wurde, sogar ein Tiefkühlfach. Strom und Wasser war genug vorhanden. Sogar Spülmaschinentabs und Spülmittel waren vor Ort, diese hatte ich vorsichtshalber mitgebracht. Das Grundstück ist recht groß, sehr gepflegt und auch eingezäunt. Die Beleuchtung ist überall ausreichend, drinnen als auch draußen. Der Schlüssel wird im Hauptort Tkon beim Hausherren abgeholt und dieser bringt den Gast dann zum Haus. (Vorsicht: Straße ist SEHR eng und holprig!) Kommunikation ging in Englisch trotz Defizite problemlos. Marko ist sehr nett und engagiert, stets über SMS erreichbar und hilft bei jedem Problem, er brachte uns sogar extra einen Container für Glasmüll. Der Strand ist wie gewöhnlich steinig, aber sehr sauber und es gibt einen Steg, der den Einstig etwas angenehmer gestaltet. Der Ort ist klein und verschlafen, aber für das Nötigste wie Einkauf oder Essengehen ausreichend.

The house fully corresponds to the descriptions! We have it fully equipped, sparkling clean and very tasteful and e.g. T. taken over newly furnished! The landlord was very friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. The highlight is of course the location of the house! The price-performance ratio is also positive. All in all: dream location🤩

Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz den Beschreibungen! Wir haben es überkomplett ausgestattet, blitzsauber und sehr geschmackvoll und z. T. neu möbliert übernommen! Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unaufdringlich. Das Highlight ist natürlich die Lage des Hauses! Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist positiv. Alles in allem: Traumlocation🤩

A beautiful house in a unique, beautiful secluded location. Pure relaxation. The house is very clean and well maintained and has everything you need except for a washing machine (incorrect information in the house equipment). The beach, the grounds, the sea just gorgeous. A shady spot (umbrella) by the water would be an asset. It was a great, relaxing holiday.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer einzigartigen, wunderschönen Alleinlage. Erholung pur. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und hat bis auf eine Waschmaschine (fehlerhafte Angabe in der Hausausstattung) alles was man braucht. Der Strand, die Außenanlage, das Meer einfach traumhaft. Ein Schattenplätzchen (Sonnenschirm) am Wasser wäre noch eine Bereicherung. Es war ein toller, erholsamer Urlaub.
