A wonderful house. Very clean, everything available what you need. Absolute recommendation. Lovingly furnished and prepared. Air conditioning, TV, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, fly screens, top kitchen equipment... a great, large terrace, great outdoor furniture, various seating areas. Sufficient shade thanks to the trees. Simply fantastic. We felt at home. Very courteous landlord. Bathing in the bay is great for snorkeling and swimming. Afterwards you can take a wonderful shower in the outdoor shower. An unforgettable place to relax. You can't get any closer to the water! And fine sandy beach, jetty. We would like to come again! Kind regards family consolation<3

Ein wundervolles Haus. Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Absolute Empfehlung. Liebevoll eingerichtet und vorbereitet. Klima, TV, Staubsauger, Föhn, Fliegengitter, top Küchenausstattung... eine tolle große Terrasse, tolle outdoor Möbel, verschiedene Sitzecken. Dank der Bäume ausreichend Schatten. Einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Baden in der Bucht ist herrlich zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Danach kann man sich wunderbar in der Außendusche abduschen. Ein unvergesslicher Ort zum Entspannen. Näher am Wasser geht nicht! Und feiner Sandstrand, Bootsanleger. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Herzliche Grüße Fam. Trost<3

Great vacation. We were accompanied to the accommodation by the host who picked us up at the ferry. His brother, who speaks German, was with him and that made our conversation easier (the host speaks English and that's not my cup of coffee). It takes about 40 minutes to drive from the ferry, of which the last 4.5 km have to be driven very slowly on an unmaintained road (thanks to which we were almost alone there). Even so, we went every day for fresh fish, pastries for coffee, ice cream, a drink or dinner. When we arrived at the place, we were totally enchanted. Virgin nature, silence, splashing of the sea. Just incredible. We were greeted by a smaller, but very clean house. The sea really is right next to the house. The kitchen had a gas stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, of course a sink and all the necessary dishes. There was also air conditioning in the living room, which of course works, if the sun is shining outside, so does the rainwater heating (plenty of washing). Flat TV, completely problem-free WiFi. Our dog (German boxer) was also welcome here. Beach it was about 10-15 m long, but we had it almost all to ourselves. We shared with a family who was accommodated 150 m above us. They were very nice and our dog got along very well with their two females. Fresh fish from we prepared the fish tanks in the outdoor fireplace. There were some briquettes and wood. We brought our own, however. We were on vacation the first week of September. The temperature was about 29 degrees. No rain. We could contact the host at any time, but there was no need, everything worked as it should. The terrace was also maintained. Just a dream.

Super dovolená. Do ubytování nás doprovázel ubytovatel, který nás vyzvedl u trajektu. Byl s ním i jeho bratr, který mluví německy a tím nám ulehčil konverzaci ( ubytovatel mluví anglicky a to není můj šálek kávy). Od trajektu to trvá asi 40 minut jízdy,z toho posledních asi 4,5 km se musí jet velmi pomalu po neudržované cestě ( díky níž jsme tam byli téměř sami). I tak jsme si jezdili každý den pro čerstvé ryby, pečivo na kávu,zmrzlinu,drink či večeři.Když jsme dorazili na místo,byli jsme totálně okouzleni. Panenská příroda,ticho, šplouchání moře. Prostě neuvěřitelné. Vítal nás menší, zato velice čistý domeček. Moře opravdu hned u domu.V kuchyni se nacházel plynový sporák s troubou, veliká lednice s mrazákem, samozřejmě dřez a veškeré potřebné nádobí. V obývacím pokoji byla i klimatizace, která samozřejmě funguje, pokud venku svítí slunce, tak funguje i ohřev vody, která je dešťová (na mytí bohatě stačí. Plochá televize,zcela bezproblémová WiFi.Náš pejsek (německý boxer) byl zde také vítaný. Pláž byla dlouhá asi 10-15 m,ale měli jsme ji téměř jenom pro sebe. Dělili jsme se s jednou rodinou, která byla ubytována 150;m nad námi. Byli strašně fajn a náš pejsek si výborně rozuměl s jejich dvěma fenkami. Čerstvé ryby z rybárny jsme si připravovali ve venkovním krbu. Nějaké brikety a dřevo tam byli. My jsme si ovšem přivezli také. Na dovolené jsme byli první týden v září. Teplota cca29 stupňů. Bez deště. Na ubytovatele jsme se mohli kdykoliv obrátit, nebylo však třeba, vše fungovalo jak mělo.Terasa též udržovaná. Prostě sen .

Very quiet and nice place. Accommodation is very comfortable, fully equipped, terrace a few meters from the sea, a few steps and you are on a small sandy beach, shared with several nearby houses. The beach overlooks the island of Sit and many small islands. The house is on the uninhabited south side of the island, with access via a stony road, it is necessary to cross the ridge of the island, a slow ride is also passable for an ordinary car and a driver. (approx. 20min). For people looking for a quiet and peaceful place, this location is literally ideal.

Veľmi pokojné a pekné miesto. Ubytovanie je veľmi komfortné, plne vybavené, terasa pár metrov od mora, pár krokov a ste na malej pieskovej pláži, zdieľanej s niekoľkými neďalekými domami. Z pláže je výhľad na ostrov Sit a množstvo malých ostrovčekov. Dom je na neobývanej južnej strane ostrova, s prístupom po kamenistej ceste, treba prejsť cez hrebeň ostrova, pomalou jazdou zjazdné aj pre bežné auto a šoféra. (cca 20min). Pre ľudí hľadajúcich tiché a kľudné miesto je táto lokalita doslova ideálna.

Perfect quiet place. Great service from the owners of the building. The access road is quite repaired, the arrival is without any problems even by ordinary car. Accommodation is comfortable, kitchen equipped and beds comfortable. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is without sea urchins, only here and there the catfish. The beach overlooks many islands and islets. What fascinated me most was that you wouldn't see a single man-made light in the dark - there aren't many such places in Europe. If you go with a more temperamental dog, I draw attention to the abundant occurrence of rabbits, hares, pheasants and cats in the area:).

Perfektní klidné místo. Skvělý servis ze strany majitelů objektu. Příjezdová cesta je celkem opravená, příjezd je bez problémů i běžným autem. Ubytování je komfortní, kuchyně vybavená a postele pohodlné. Pláž je písečná, vstup do moře je bez ježovek, jenom sem tam sumýš. Z pláže je výhled na množství ostrovů a ostrůvků. Nejvíce mě fascinovalo, že za tmy nezahlédnete jediné světélko vytvořené člověkem - takových míst už v Evropě mnoho není. Pokud pojedete s temperamentnějším psem, upozorňuji na hojný výskyt králíků, zajíců, bažantů a koček v okolí:) .

Wonderful place a few meters from the sea. Ideal for parents with children, you don't have to go anywhere on the beach and carry a lot of things. Beautiful holiday, clear sea, fine sand, kind and friendly owners. House well equipped, large freezer, mosquito nets everywhere. We were often alone on the beach and could enjoy the sunset with coffee or wine in hand. I will definitely be back. : kiss:

Nádherné místo pár metrů od moře. Ideální pro rodiče s dětmi, nemusíte nikam chodit na pláž a nosit spoustu věci. Krásná dovolená, čisté more, jemný pisek, laskaví a přátelští majitele. Dům dobře vybavený, velký mrazák, všude síťky proti komárům. Na pláži jsme byli často sami a mohli si užívat západ slunce s kávou nebo vínem v ruce. Určitě se ráda vrátím.:kiss:

Domaćini su super, kuća je super, sve je čisto i uredno, more i plaža super! Pravi robinzonski turizam. ALI trebalo bi naglasiti gostima da je bolja solucija doći svojom brodicom ili manjom jahtom (jer ima dobar vez) nego kopnenim putem. Makadamska cesta je katastrofa i moguće je doći bez većih oštećenja i problema samo ako imate dobar džip ili neki vrhunski terenac.

The house is excellently equipped and very well maintained. The beds are comfortable, the shutters and insect screens in perfect condition, everything was very clean. The terrace is also great for breakfast. Enough space for all family members. The quiet at night is wonderful. The owners are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. It is important to you that your guests have a great vacation.

Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Betten sind bequem, Fensterläden und Insektengitter in perfektem Zustand.Alles war sehr sauber. Auch die Terrasse ist prima zum frühstücken. Genug Platz für alle Familienmitglieder. Die Ruhe nachts ist wunderbar. Die Bessitzer sind aussergewöhnlich freundlich und entgegenkommend. Es ist Ihnen wichtig dass die Gäste einen schönen Urlaub haben.

It is almost 100% Robinson-type housing. There are a couple of apartments nearby (100-200 m away), and 5-10 persons visited the same beach as we did. On some days, however, we were completely alone on the beach. And we were almost always alone in the early mornings and evenings. The nights withtout citilights were fantastic. The apartment is well equipped (it has been renovated recently, now it has ancy outlook, wifi, netfilx, etc). The short adventure tour from the main road to the house added to the good experience :worried: :hihi: (I drive an old fashioned sedan, and could survive the road)

Waking up and going straight to the beach with my morning coffee with no one around is truly a luxury these days. If you want to rest, if you like it peaceful (beautiful view and sunsets included), this is a place for you. We have found our perfect place and will be booking for next year. The hosts are very nice and I highly recommend it.
