First of all, to the review that wrote that there are cockroaches here. There are flying beetles here that are 3-4cm tall. In two weeks, I saw two pieces. If you don't know what cockroaches look like then you don't write that and that the facility is a bit older is normal for this price, otherwise you would have to pay at least 500 euros more a week. What do you expect for a luxury apartment for the price. TURN HEAD ON. Very quiet location with a partial view of the sea. It is less than 100 meters from the sea. 15 minutes to the second bay on foot on the left dirt road at the old wall you can lie in the shade in the pine forest on the beach or in the sun. The large terrace would bring loungers next time. There is enough space. If you like making coffee, I would take a coffee machine with you because unfortunately there isn't one in the house. We drank instant coffee. You also have to take towels with you. And maybe a mosquito spray or two were there. The landlords live downstairs: Grandma and Grandpa. Very nice. The only negative point would be the air conditioning. The landlord charged me 60 euros extra for 14 days, although it was included in the price in the ad. But ran day and night for us for the overall price it's okay for me because of the location.

Erst einmal zu der Rezension die wo geschrieben haben das hier Kakalaken sind.Hier gibt es fliegende Käfer wo 3-4cm groß sind in zwei Wochen habe ich zwei Stück gesehen. Wenn man nicht weiß wie Kakalaken aussehen dann schreibt man das nicht und das die Einrichtung schon etwas älter ist ist bei diesen Preis doch normal sonst würde man ja mindestens 500Euro die Woche mehr bezahlen. Was Erwartet man den für den Preis eine Luxus Wohnung. KOPF EINSCHALTEN. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit seitlichen Blick aufs Meer.u keine 100meter zum Meer. 15min in die zweite Bucht oben links Feldweg zu Fuß bei der alten Mauer kann man sich in Schatten in den Pinjenwald am Strand oder in die Sonne legen. Große Terrasse würde das nächste Mal Liegen mitnehmen Platz ist genug wer sich gerne Kaffee macht würde ich eine Kaffeemaschine mitnehmen da leider keine im Haus ist.Wir haben löslichen Kaffee getrunken. Handtücher muss man sich auch mitnehmen. Und vielleicht ein Mückenspray ein zwei waren da.Vermieter wohnen unten Oma und Opa.sehr nett Der einzige minus Punkt wäre die Klimaanlage geht Einwandfrei hat mir der Vermieter aber extra berechnet für 14 Tage 60 Euro obwohl es in der Anzeige mit im Preis drin war.Lief aber bei uns Tag und Nacht für den Gesamt Preis ist es wegen der Lage aber für mich in Ordnung.

S tímto místem, vč.ubytování, jsme byli maximálně spokojeni. Tiché, klidné, čisté, prostě stvořené, pro rekreaci s dětmi.

We have been going to Croatia every year for 20 years. We were also in Grebastica some time ago, and because we really liked it here, we decided to repeat our visit, this time with our granddaughters. Upon arrival at the apartments, the unpleasant abrasion took a bit of a surprise ... Today I already know that we should not have stayed here at all. It wouldn't matter if the furniture was very old and worn if it was clean and functional. I had to wash everything thoroughly and disinfect it. Also, all products can be purchased in Croatia. The apartment was only old, used for cleaning !! dishwashing sponge. When asked about towels and towels we were told that they do not provide, because guests steal them !!! : worried: We fought the cockroach in the bathroom the whole time, unfortunately I couldn't take a picture of it - it was too fast when it was lit. We would recommend the travel agency to check what accommodation it offers ....: worried: So summary - the place and the sea absolutely amazing, we strongly do not recommend this accommodation! Do Chorvatska jezdíme každoročně již 20 let. V Grebaštici jsme již před časem také byli, a protože se nam zde moc líbilo, rozhodli jsme se zopakovat si navštěvu, tentokrát i s vnučkami. Při příjezdu do apartmánunas trochu zaskočil nepříjemný odér... Dnes již vím, že jsme zde vůbec neměli zůstávat. Že je nábytek velmi starý a opotřebovaný, by nevadilo, pokud by byl čistý a funkční. Vše jsem musela důkladně umýt a vydesinfikovat. Ještě, ze v Chorvatku je možno všechny přípravky zakoupit. V apartmánu byla na čistění pouze stará, použitá!! houba na nádobí. Při dotazu na utěrky a ručníky nám bylo odpovězeno, že neposkytují, protože hosté je kradou!!!:worried: Celou dobu jsme v koupelně bojovali se švábem, bohužel se mi ho nepodařilo vyfotit - při rozsvícení byl příliš rychlý. Doporučili bychom cestovní kanceláři, zkontrolovat, jaké ubytování nabízi....:worried: Takže shrnutí - místo i moře naprosto úžasné, toto ubytování důrazně nedoporučujeme! Suranovští

Accommodation is modest and clean with older facilities. To complete satisfaction, we did not have a kettle, towels and a fan. But it can be counseled. The place is quiet with a spacious terrace pleasant in the afternoon and evening hours. The home is kind and helpful. The beach is in the bay, great for small children. Someone may miss the view of the open sea. For him he must swim a bit: o). I recommend a place for a quiet holiday. By the beach there are bars with good coffee, cool drinks and great ice cream. Nearby are a nice restaurant, a grocery store and bakery. Everything is made easier by the nearby Šibenik.

Ubytování je skromné a čisté se starším zařízením. K úplné spokojenosti nám chyběla rychlovarná konvice, ručníky a ventilátor. Ale s tím se dá poradit. Místo je klidné s prostornou terasou příjemnou v odpoledních a večerních hodinách. Domácí jsou milí a vstřícní. Pláž je v zálivu, skvělá pro malé děti. Někomu může chybět pohled na otevřené moře. Pro něj si musí kousek zaplavat :o). Místo doporučuji pro klidnou dovolenou. U pláže jsou bary s dobrou kávou, chlazenými nápoji a výbornou zmrzlinou. V blízkosti jsou příjemné restaurace, obchod a pekárny. Vše zpříjemňuje nedaleký Šibenik.

Nice location, spacious apartments, old equipment, but it is obvious that the owners will change their needs (new beds, new fridge, etc.) in one bedroom. A short walk from the beach, the beach is made of small cubicle, a gradual entry into the sea suitable for children. From the spacious terraces there is a magnificent view and in the afternoon there is a nice shade so there is a beautiful place to sit there. We were really happy.

Prijemna lokalita, prostorne apartmany, zarizeni starsi, ale je videt, ze majitele prubezne obmenuji, co je treba (v jedne loznici jsou nove postele, nova lednicka atd.). Kousek od plaze, plaz je z malych kaminku, pozvolny vstup do more vhodny pro deti. Z prostorne terasy je nadherny vyhled a odpoledne uz je tam pekne stin, takze se tam da krasne posedet. Byli jsme opravdu spokojeni.

Spacious apartment - large rooms and terrace, in a quiet location near the small beach suitable for small children (that is, if they have water shoes), home friendly. For that price perfectly adequate quality - it remembers your fridge, the bathroom would be tossed around a shower curtain, but not satisfaction and our children:-)

Prostorny apartman - velke mistnosti i terasa, ve velmi klidne lokalite maly kousek od plaze vhodne i pro male deti (tedy pokud maji boty do vody), domaci pratelsti. Za tu cenu naprosto odpovidajici kvalita - lednicka už pamatuje svoje, v koupelne by se hodil zaves kolem sprchoveho koutu, ale jinak spokojenost nase i deti:-)

Ubytovanie slušné.Chýbal záves v sprche a chladnička to už má "za sebou"-netesní a namŕza.Na pláž skutočne blízko,výborná tichá lokalita s jedinečným korzom.Domáci v pohode,Ante bol ku deťom ako starý otec,ahoj ujo.Blízkosť historického Primoštenu aj Šibeniku zabezpečí aj večerné výlety.Výborná dovolenjka!

Domaci nic nepovedia - zaujem len o biznis a vlastne potesenia! Ked robia oslavu pre seba, zoberu Vam s balkona stol aj stolicky a hostia nech sedia za svoje peniaze na obkladackach!
