Two bedroom house near beach Kukljica, Ugljan | K-17930

The accommodation corresponded to the description of Adriatic. The house consists of two separate identical apartments with an open living room and kitchenette. The bedrooms were spacious and contained a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom was also spacious, contained a tub with shower head, toilet and bidet and sink. There was a large terrace in front of the house, the upper apartment had a balcony. All windows had mosquito screens and shutters. In the living room was a large air conditioner. The beds were ok and made hardly any noise. The equipment was getting old, but 100% usable. The location of the house was great. Beach right in front of the door, parking lot 10m from the house, no through road and therefore only residents and holidaymakers. Restaurants and shops can easily be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The landlady was very nice, always ready for a good conversation and regularly asked if everything was ok. She speaks English very well. Thank you Ms. Bosotina. Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung von Adriatic. Das Haus besteht aus zwei getrennten identischen Wohnungen mit einem offenen Wohnraum und Küchenzeile. Die Schlafzimmer waren geräumig und enthielten ein Doppelbett und ein Single-Bett. Das Bad war ebenfalls geräumig, enthielt eine Wanne mit Duschbrause, Toilette und Bidet sowie Waschbecken. Vor dem Haus war eine große Terrasse, die obere Wohnung hatte einen Balkon. Sämtliche Fenster hatten Moskitoschutz und Fensterläden. Im Wohnraum war eine große Klimaanlage. Die Betten waren ok und machten kaum Geräusche. Die Ausstattung war schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber 100% brauchbar. Die Lage des Hauses war top. Strand direkt vor der Tür, Parkplatz 10m vom Haus, keine Durchgangsstraße und somit nur Anwohner- und Urlauberverkehr. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß locker in 10 min erreichbar. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, immer für ein gutes Gespräch bereit und fragte regelmäßig ob alles ok sei. Sie spricht sehr gut englisch. Danke Frau Bosotina.
