Two bedroom apartment with terrace and sea view Presika, Labin | A-11656-a

Very bright and spacious apartment. Suitable for a family with children. Everything is very clean and the kitchen is super equipped with accessories (pans/pots/microwave oven. Access to the apartment is independent and there is also a washing machine which helps if you want to stay for more than a week. Lots of green space around the garden where children can play and run. There are no apartments nearby and therefore the area is very quiet and free from any noise. The beaches of Rabac are only a few kilometers away and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. There is also space BBQ we didn't use.

Appartamento molto luminoso e spazioso. Adatto ad una famiglia con bambini. Tutto molto pulito e cucina super fornita di accessori (padelle/pentole/forno microwave. L'accesso all'appartamento è indipendente ed è anche presente una lavatrice che aiuta nel caso si voglia soggiornare per più di una settimana. Tanto spazio verde attorno nel giardino in cui i bambini possono giocare e correre. Non ci sono appartamenti vicini e quindi la zona è molto silenziosa e priva di qualsiasi rumore. Le spiaggedi Rabac sono distanti solo qualche Km ed in 10 minuti di auto si raggiungono. C'è anche lo spazio barbecue che non abbiamo utilizzato.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The apartment has everything you need. The terrace and the view of the sea are fantastic. There is even a hammock on the terrace, which was used with great enthusiasm. The landlords live in the house, but you don't notice anything, they are very friendly and courteous. All in all a great holiday.:)

Wir haben 2 Wochen hier Urlaub gemacht. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse und der Blick auf das Meer sind traumhaft. Auf der Terrasse gibt es sogar eine Hängematte, diese wurde mit Begeisterung genutzt. Die Vermieter wohnen mit im Hause, wovon man aber nichts mitbekommt, sie sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Rundum ein super Urlaub.:)

Beautiful clean apartment, photos correspond to reality. Amazing terrace with morning sun, afternoon in pleasant shade. Very nice and willing lady, even at ten o'clock willing to solve the problem. Sea by car, beautiful natural beach at 10 minutes. I recommend to visit even more distant places, Sveta Marina, Koromacno - the beach to the east is really beautiful, although less accessible<3

Krásný čistý apartmán, fotky odpovídají skutečnosti. Úžasná terasa s ranním sluncem, odpoledne v příjemném stínu. Velice milá a ochotná paní domácí, i v deset večer ochotná řešit problém. Moře dostupné autem, krásná přírodní pláž ve vzdálenosti 10 min. Doporučuji navštívit i vzdálenější místa, Sveta Marina, Koromačno - pláž vlevo na východ je opravdu krásná, i když hůře dostupná <3

Minden szép volt, a szálláshely tiszta és kényelmes. A megtalálása nehezebb, érdemes azonnal a tulajdonost hívni, hogy vezessen oda, mivel a házak számozása a településen nem követhető. A wifire ne számítsanak túlságosan az odautazók, mindig probléma van vele.

Clean apartment, good kitchen utensils provided, spacious. Quietly quiet and relaxing location.
