Beach Accommodation<3 We had a wonderfull week in Punat, the appartement was very cosy with a big terrasse with the beautifull view on the sea. The host was very friendly and helpfull. We really enjoyed our stay there.

very nice, friendly and helpful host, apartment leaves nothing to be desired, a bit in the years, large beautiful terrace with a very central view, seating area inside and outside for all, air conditioning, second bathroom unfortunately only through first attainable a dz and an ez in the upper floor despite climate very warm. location: could not be better to foot shops, restaurants, baker, ice, harbor, pharmacy, playground ...: D to walk only concrete beach plateau reachable ... better with boat or car where
I am happy to help others that do not pierce it very much .. The hotel is good location, quiet little town of Punat, but the hotel itself is highly overpriced compared to quality. A bit noisy, the beds mattresses flabby passed out, came back from terrible back pain, the owner did not come to ask once, it's going to the catastrophically ill-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms terrible state van.Szóval not worth EUR 500 nor 1000 nor such a accommodation for a week at least .. But the terrace is good ..
It's a shame that you have to use the car to get to the beach. It's just too far to walk with a bag in the heat. The two connected bathrooms are not comfortable for the number of guests and are in dire need of renovation. Unfortunately, there is air conditioning only in the kitchen-living room. All the bedrooms are very warm, and the rooms in the attic are unbearably hot. Despite everything, it was a very nice holiday.
Schade das man zum Strand das Auto nutzen muss. Zum Laufen mit Tasche in der Wärme ist es einfach zu weit. Für die Anzahl der möglichen Gäste sind die zwei miteinander verbundenen Bäder nicht angenehm und sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Klimaanlage ist leider nur in der Wohnküche. Alle Schlafzimmer sind sehr warm, unterm Dach die Zimmer unerträglich heiss. Trotz allem es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
