One bedroom apartment with terrace and sea view Oprič, Opatija | A-7756-d

The accommodation does not have an exact address on the booking. Which is the first minus (we learned the exact location on the day of arrival, when the owner sent me the address on WhatsApp). The entire house with apartments is a 45-minute walk from the sea (I note the way down the hill). The apartments have a beautiful view of the sea and the entire surrounding area, but that is probably the only plus. Upon arrival, we discovered that we were missing 4 of the 17 beds. However, the owner threatened us that he would unlock another apartment with 5 beds for us only if we gave him the documents that he wanted to take with him somewhere and that he wanted to bring them to us only the next day morning. We did not agree with this, because we came here for the majorette competition and I needed the documents in the morning for registration. I suggested to him that I would go with him to copy the documents, and then I would take them back to my place. But he didn't agree to that, and started threatening us that if we didn't give him the documents, he would evict us. (We had paid for the accommodation in advance). The whole situation escalated so much that the owner started taking the keys to the apartment, where we already had things. He locked another apartment and even turned off our electricity. I solved the whole situation with booking, where it was found that the payment for the accommodation did not go through the booking portal, so the gentleman could not help me in any way and referred me to the police. So I went to the police to solve the whole situation with the documents. The local police station made copies of the documents for me, but the owner did not want to accept them without a stamp from the police. So we visited the police station for the 2nd time, but the police got angry, took the owner's number and communicated with him in Croatian, so I couldn't understand them. After arriving back at the apartment, the owner's behavior turned 360 degrees. He unlocked our locked apartment, opened another apartment with 5 beds for us, and returned the keys. We arrived at the cabin around 2 p.m. We were accommodated until half past 9 in the evening. The owner's behavior was aggravated, all of the above did not have to happen at all. In any case, the behavior was inadequate, and we will definitely not book this accommodation again. The cleanliness of the accommodation was also nothing much. Cobwebs with spiders everywhere. I do not recommend these apartments. But thanks for the experience.

Ubytování nemá na bookingu přesnou adresu. Což je první mínus (přesné místo jsme se dozvěděli v den příjezdu, kdy mi pan majitel poslal adresu na whatsup). Celý dům s apartmány je 45min pěšky od moře (podotýkám cestou z kopce dolů). Apartmány mají krásný výhled na moře a celé široké okolí, ale to je asi jediné plus. Po příjezdu jsme zjistili, že nám ze 17 postelí chybí 4. Pan majitel nám ale pohrozil, že nám odemkne další apartmán s 5 postelemi, jen když mu dáme doklady, které si chtěl s sebou někam odvést a chtěl nám je přivést až na druhý den ráno. S čímž jsme nesouhlasili, protože jsme tady přijeli na soutěž mažoretek a doklady jsem potřebovala ráno k registraci. Navrhla jsem mu, že s ním zajedu doklady okopírovat, a pak si je vezmu zase k sobě. S tím ale on nesouhlasil, a začal nám vyhrožovat, že pokud mu nedáme doklady, vystěhuje nás. (Ubytko jsme měli předem zaplacené). Celá situace se tak vyhrotila, že nám pan majitel začal brát klíče od apartmánu, kde už jsme měli věci. Zamkl nám další apartmán a dokonce nám vypl i elektřinu. Celou situaci jsem řešila s bookingem, kde se zjistilo, že platba ubytování neproběhla přes portál bookingu, tím pádem mi pán nemohl nijak pomoci a odkázal mě na policii. Jela jsem tedy celou situaci s doklady řešit na policii. Místní policejní stanice mi udělala kopie dokladů, ty ale majitel nechtěl bez razítka od policie přijmout. A tak jsme policejní stanici navštívili po 2., to se ale Policajti naštvali, vzali si číslo na majitele a sami to s ním vykomunikovali v Chorvatštině, takže jsem jim nerozuměla. Po příjezdu zpět na apartmán se chování majitele otočilo o 360 stupňů. Odemkl nám zamčený apartmán, otevřel nám další apartmán s 5 postelemi, a vrátil klíče. Na ubytko jsme přijeli kolem 14 hodiny. Ubytovaní jsme byli až o půl 9 večer. Chování majitele bylo vyhrocené, vše z výše uvedeného se nemuselo vůbec stát. Každopádně chování bylo neadekvátní, a tohle ubytování příště už určitě nebookneme. Čistota ubytování byla také nic moc. Všude pavučiny s pavouky. Tyto apartmány nedoporučuji. Ale děkuji za zkušenost.
