Very nice and courteous owner, but no German but reasonably good English speaks. For the price and the location the accommodation is absolutely okay. There are only 2 stars. You can tell from many details such as water damage, minimalist decor, missing shower door, etc. At night was not possible due to lack of mosquito nets unfortunately. The terrace is very shady due to the large palm tree. This is perfect in summer, almost too cool in the off-season. Overall, you sit here but the whole day quite well. Sometimes the restaurant just behind the thin wall is very noisy even at night, sometimes pulling cigarette smoke onto the patio. The parking situation is very bad. There are only a few free parking spaces in the area. It's more of a matter of luck to get one. The way to the beach is very long, if you do not want to lie on a 1 meter wide gravel strip directly under the promenade. But there is a very beautiful bay at the Beachbar Babe, which can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot. Or you walk towards Camping Strasko. Also about 30 minutes. By car you can easily get to Simuni or Gajac Beach. Approximately 15 minutes. Novalja is pretty nice. In the main season, however, overrun by the youthful party people, as it is not very far to Zrce Beach. In the postseason it tends to be retirees or families with small children. The prices are quite humane.

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Besitzer, der allerdings kein Deutsch aber halbwegs gutes Englisch spricht. Für den Preis und die Lage ist die Unterkunft absolut okay. Es sind halt nur 2 Sterne. Das merkt man an vielen Details wie Wasserschäden, minimalistischster Ausstattung, fehlender Duschtüre, etc. Nachts lüften war wegen fehlender Fliegengitter leider nicht möglich. Die Terrasse ist durch die große Palme sehr schattig. Das ist im Sommer perfekt, in der Nachsaison schon fast zu kühl. Insgesamt sitzt man hier aber den ganzen Tag recht gut. Manchmal ist das Restaurant direkt hinter der dünnen Wand auch Nachts sehr laut und manchmal zieht Zigarettenrauch auf die Terrasse. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr schlecht. Es gibt nur wenige kostenlose Stellplätze in der Gegend. Ist eher Glückssache einen zu ergattern. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr lang, wenn man nicht auf einem 1 meter breiten Kiesstreifen direkt unter der Promenade liegen möchte. Es gibt aber eine sehr schöne Bucht bei der Beachbar Babe, die ca. in 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden kann. Oder man wandert Richtung Camping Strasko. Auch ca. 30 Minuten. Mit dem Auto kommt man gut nach Simuni oder Gajac Beach. Ca. 15 Minuten. Novalja ist recht nett. In der Hauptsaison allerdings vom jugendlichen Partyvolk überrannt, da es nach Zrce Beach nicht sehr weit ist. In der Nachsaison hat es eher Rentner oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Die Preise sind recht human.
