We arrived half an hour after check-in and another half an hour we had to wait for the domestic douklíží. Which would not be such a big problem if we did not travel with a 6-month-old son (in advance we informed the agency, which informed the owners about it). After half an hour we were allowed to go to at least one bedroom and wait for the rest of the cleaning. We were very impressed by only one wine glass in an apartment designed for up to 6 people (drinking wine from a glass of water for 170 euros per night was a good punk), otherwise the kitchen was quite well equipped with centuries-old dishes where each piece of cutlery was different set, but nothing except those wine glasses was missing. The faucet from the shower faucet peeled off, so if you were not careful, your hands were cut. It is Škoda to talk about the current and temperature of the shower water as well as wi-fi connection. Looking out of the terrace for empty paper boxes, wooden pallets, overturned wheels, a shattered broken laundry dryer and another mess was also quite demotivating. It is a pity that you can not upload a photo. Most Top was literally chasing the owner after novalja to pay her the rest of the money. The only positive thing about this accommodation was that it didn't last longer than 3 nights.

Dorazili jsme půl hodiny po check-inu a ještě půl hodiny jsme museli čekat až domácí douklízí. Což by nebyl až tak velký problém, kdybychom necestovali s 6 měsíčním synem (dopředu jsme na to agenturu, která o tom obeznámila majitele, informovali). Po půl hodině nám bylo umožněno jít alespoň do jedné ložnice a vyčkat na zbytek úklidu. Velmi nás zarazila pouze jedna sklenička na víno v apartmánu určeném až pro 6 osob (pít na dovolené víno ze sklenice na vodu za 170 eur na noc byl dobrý punk), jinak byla kuchyň docela slušně vybavena sice stoletým nádobím kde každý kus příboru byl z jiného setu, ale nic kromě těch sklenic na víno nechybělo. Hlavice od baterie ve sprše se loupala, takže pokud si člověk nedával pozor, měl člověk pořezané ruce. O proudu a teplotě vody ve sprše je Škoda mluvit stejně tak o wi-fi připojení. Dívat se z terasy na prázdné papírové krabice, dřevěné palety, převrácené kolečka, pohozený rozbitý sušák na prádlo a další bordel bylo také docela demotivující. Velká Škoda, že nejde nahrát foto. Nejvíce Top bylo doslova nahánět majitelku po novalji abychom ji doplatili zbytek peněz. Jediná pozitivní věc na tomhle ubytování byla, že netrvalo déle než 3 noci.

Hello! With regard to our stay we would only have a comment about the exterior tidiness of the apartment. The other, perhaps bigger, issue is the wi-fi connection that has been interrupting all the time. Because of our job responsibilities, we are always looking for such accommodation for a reason (we both have to be with our wife at all times - the job is). Otherwise, Mrs. Gordana and her mom are very friendly. For a little money, as we say, we expected a little more under the line. A small investment in the equipment of the apartment (there are no towel hangers in the bathroom, toilet paper, no shower room in the shower ...) could consequently raise the price of the apartment. We did not swim at the nearby beach because we prefer to drive to the more secluded parts by car. But ... we had a great time, but we're not coming back here.

Pozdravljeni! V zvezi z našim bivanjem bi imeli samo pripombo glede zunanje urejenosti okolice apartmaja. Druga, mogoče večja težava pa je wi-fi povezava, ki je ves čas prekinjala. Zaradi službenih obveznosti vedno iščemo tako namestitev z razlogom (oba z ženo namreč morava biti ves čas dosegljiva - služba pač). Drugače pa sta gospa Gordana in njena mama zelo prijazni. Za ne majhen denar smo tako, kot rečemo, pod črto pričakovali malo več. Majhen vložek tudi v opremljenost apartmaja (v kopalnici ni nobenega obešalnika za brisače, wc papir, v tuš kabini ni odlagalnega prostora za šampon...) bi posledično lahko dvignil ceno apartmaju. Kopali se nismo na bližnji plaži, ker se raje z avtom odpeljemo na bolj osamljene dele. Ampak...imeli smo se lepo, vendar se tu ne vračamo več.

the apartment is nicely decorated, air conditioned, good location to the beach. The kitchen fully equipped. It could possibly be cleaned a bit better. Even rest pads on the mattresses would not be bad. But on the whole, everything was fine. Would go back. Unfortunately, German TV stations are missing.

die Wohnung ist schön modern eingerichtet, klimatisiert, gute Lage zum Strand. Die Küche voll ausgestattet. Es könnte eventuell ein bisschen besser geputzt werden. Auch Schonauflagen bei den Matratzen wäre nicht schlecht. Aber im Großen und Ganzen war alles in Ordnung. Würde wieder hinfahren. Deutsche Fernsehsender fehlen leider.

The apartment was partly very modern but unfortunately needed urgently needed utensils. So no coffee machine was available (was procured after complaint on our part), also lacked a trash can in the kitchen, as well as a frying pan and teapot. In the bedroom no bedside lamps were available, to read the big light had to be turned on. There was a large satellite TV available, but no German speaking program. There are many tourists from the German-speaking countries in Croatia, since at least a few German-language programs should be offered. Communication with landlady was hardly possible, as this spoke no German. The staircase to the apartment was dangerous, as without railing. As landlord rebuilds, we had considerable construction noise on several days. Nice was the proximity to the beach and the view to the sea and the mountains. What we also disliked was that we always had to communicate by SMS our estimated time of arrival. (Privacy?) We have never had such a thing and we have often booked apartments also in Croatia. Unfortunately, we can not recommend you, they have put us in the down payment for the apartment excessive pressure and sent a warning already 4 hours before the expiration of the payment period. We have never experienced anything like it.

Fewo war teils sehr modern eingerichtet jedoch fehlten leider dringend benötigte Gebrauchsgegenstände. So war keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden (wurde nach Reklamation unsererseits dann beschafft), auch fehlte ein Abfalleimer in der Küche, sowie eine Bratpfanne und Teekanne. Im Schlafzimmer waren keine Nachttischlampen vorhanden, zum Lesen musste das grosse Licht angemacht werden. Es war ein grosser SAT-TV vorhanden, jedoch kein deutschsprachiges Programm. Es sind doch viele Urlauber aus dem deutschsprachigem Raum in Kroatien, da sollten wenigstens ein paar deutschsprachige Programme angeboten werden. Verständigung mit Vermieterin war kaum möglich, da diese kein deutsch sprach. Der Treppenaufgang zur Fewo war gefährlich, da ohne Geländer. Da Vermieterin umbaut, hatten wir an mehreren Tagen erheblichen Baulärm. Schön war die Nähe zum Strand und der Ausblick zum Meer und den Bergen. Was uns auch missfallen hat war, dass wir dauernd per SMS immer unsere voraussichtliche Ankunftszeit mitteilen mussten. (Datenschutz?) So etwas hatten wir noch nie und wir haben schon sehr oft Fewos gebucht auch in Kroatien. Leider können wir auch Sie nicht weiterempfehlen, sie haben uns schon bei der Anzahlung für die Fewo maßlos unter Druck gesetzt und bereits 4 Stunden vor Ablauf der Zahlungsfrist eine Abmahnung gesandt. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt.
