Reading the previous comments I had concerns but it turned out fine. The kitchen and bathroom in the studio do not look like the pictures, they are renovated, cleanliness as it is in Croatia, but not like others have written. Remember that this is a cheap room, not an apartment! The view from the balcony are trees. The beach is very close, very comfortable. No problems with the host, peace and quiet. The only minus is the room door (with glass) and the price-quality ratio is adequate. As a cheap accommodation in a cool location is a good choice.

Czytając poprzednie komentarze miałem obawy, lecz okazało się w porządku. Kuchnia i łazienka w studio nie wyglądają jak na zdjęciach, są wyremontowane, czystość jak to w Chorwacji, ale nie tak jak inni pisali. Trzeba pamiętać że jest to tani pokój, a nie apartament! Widok z balkonu to drzewa. Plaża bardzo blisko, mega wygodna sprawa. Brak problemów z gospodarzem, cisza i spokoj. Jedyny minus to drzwi od pokoju (z szybą) poza tym stosunek ceny do jakości odpowiedni. Jako tania baza noclegowa w fajnej lokalizacji jest to dobry wybór.

But you do not stay in the apartment only by the sea and only sleep in it. The owner could arrange renovation. Nice large terrace, parking space provided about 1 km from the apartment. Flat on a quiet pedestrian street, no access for cars. Immediately upon leaving the apartment bakery.:)

Apartament blisko morza około 30 m. i to duży atut. Mieszkanie skromne, kuchnia minimalnie wyposażona ale są niezbędne narzędzia do gotowania. Ale przecież nie przebywa się w apartamencie tylko nad morzem a w nim tylko się śpi. Właściciel mógłby postarać się o remont . Fajny duży taras, miejsce parkingowe zapewnione około 1 km od apartamentu. Mieszkanie przy cichej uliczce tylko pieszej, brak dojazdu dla samochodów. Zaraz przy zejściu z mieszkania piekarnia.:)

The apartment was very small with 2 rooms and a bathroom and was on the ground floor. It did not match the one in the picture. It was not clean and the pillows were dirty. We have adapted for a week. Not worth the money we paid. It should offer more services.:(

L appartamento era molto piccolo con 2 stanze e il bagno ed era al piano terra. Non corrispondeva a quello nella foto. Non era pulito e i cuscini erano sporchi. Ci siamo adattati per una settimana. Non vale i soldi che abbiamo pagato. Dovrebbe offrire piu servizi. :(

Close to the beach and this is probably the only advantage. The price is not commensurate with the standard offered by this "apartment" a bit too dirty, and in fact it shows that it has not been cleaned for a very long time. No toilet paper, holey bedspreads, dust and spiders. On the last night, someone from the upper floor vomited through the balcony. Unfortunately, the whole day nobody cleaned it and the ants took care of it. Rats were chasing in the morning after a neglected garden ... Unfortunately, I do not recommend it, and it was our third trip to Croatia.

Blisko plazy i to chyba jedyna zaleta. Cena nie współmierna do standardu jaki oferuje ten „apartament” trochę zbyt brudno, a w zasadzie to widać, ze nie było sprzątane od bardzo dawna. Brak papieru toaletowego, dziurawe narzuty, wrzechobecny kurz i pająki. Przedostatniej nocy ktoś z wyższego piętra zwymiotował przez balkon. Niestety cały dzień nikt tego nie sprzątał i zajęły się tym mrówki. Szczury ganiały się rano po zaniedbanym ogródku... Niestety nie polecam, a był to nasz trzeci wyjazd do Chorwacji.

Very old and damaged furniture, the apartment on the ground floor strongly smelled of moisture and mold. Around the apartment is not tidy, rubbing there. Towels heavily used. We had to move after the first night of horror.

Velmi starý a poškozený nábytek, apartmán v přízemí silně zápachal vlhkostí a plísněmi. Kolem apartmánu není uklizeno, válejí se tam odpadky. Ručníky silně použité. Museli jsme se přestěhovat po první probdělé noci hrůzy.
