We were satisfied with the accommodation. We were welcomed with a bowl of fruit. The beautiful roofed terrace is a great plus, minus the narrow bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a standard 4-burner stove. We have greatly appreciated the air conditioning. Wifi seamless. Public beach 3 minutes walk from the hill, the way from Fridays is, of course, a hill. At the beginning of the street bakery, ATM shop a short distance along the main road. On the way to the beach two restaurants, one opposite the shop. At the beach bar. The lady is very kind, friendly, advised, interested.

S ubytováním jsme byli spokojeni. Na přivítanou jsme dostali misku ovoce. Krásná zastřešená terasa je velké plus, mínus úzká koupelna. Kuchyně je vybavená standartně , 4plotýnkový sporák. Velmi jsme ocenili klimatizace. Wifi bezproblémová. Veřejná pláž 3 minuty chůze z kopečka, cesta z pátky je samozřejmě do kopečka. Na začátku ulice pekárna, obchod s bankomatem kousek dál po hlavní cestě. Cestou k pláži dvě restaurace, jedna naproti obchodu. Na pláži bar. Paní domácí je velmi milá, přátelská, poradí, zajímá se.

The place is very clean and cosy. The two terraces open up the living space which is rather small. The kitchen has got good pots, plates and cutlery. There is a 4-plate stove and even the oven is working The beds are comfortable I wish there had been a chest of drawers or alike in the main room. which I mentioned to Jelena, the host, and she seemed to agree. I should mention that the hosts are friendly and helpful. There is a parking space for two cars in the yard. 2 or 3 houses down the street there is a rocky beach and the main beach is max. 5 min walk from the place. It's a narrow pebble beach with pine trees providing natural shading but can get quite crowded. Podaca seems like a nice quiet place for a family holiday.

My husband and I were very happy with the installation. The building with its surroundings is very nicely decorated. There are some shortcomings in housing equipment, but everything else is outweighed. From the balcony there is a beautiful view on all sides, to the sea and also to the mountains, the surrounding area is very quiet, beach, sandy or rocky, very close. The owner, Mrs Ljiljana, is kind, considerate and attentive.

S soprogo sva bila zelo zadovoljna z namestitvijo. Objekt z okolico je zelo lepo urejen. Nekaj pomanjkljivosti je sicer pri opremi stanovanja, a vse ostalo to odtehta. Z balkona je lep razgled na vse strani, na morje in tudi na planine, okolica je zelo mirna, plaža, peščena ali skalnata, zelo blizu. Lastnica, gospa Ljiljana, je prijazna, obzirna in pozorna.
