Three bedroom apartment Pješčana Uvala, Pula | A-7652-b

Very nice owner with good English, quiet street with good access to both beaches. To Pula is only a short drive or direct bus, the aquarium is nearby and it is easy to drive to Kamenjak. The attic apartment is really very large - two large bedrooms, one small and large living room, plus a dining room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a toilet. The furniture is older - the 1980s, but the living room is remarkably retro equipped with "legs" furniture from the middle of the 20th century (Brussels). The apartment is decorated with oil paintings by the lady owner. It was only our fault that the apartment had no balloon or terrace to sit and eat outdoors. But from the kitchen window directly from the table there are beautiful views of the bay and moorings of sailing boats, including amazing sunsets. The coffee dispenser, including the filters, was a nice surprise.

Velmi milá majitelka s dobrou angličtinou, klidná ulice s dobrou dostupností k oběma plážím. Do Puly je to jen kousek autem nebo přímým autobusem, akvárium je nedaleko a na Kamenjak je to snadná cesta autem. Podkrovní apartmán je skutečně velmi rozlehlý - dvě veliké ložnice, jedna malá a velký obývák, plus jídelna s kuchyňským koutem a koupelna s WC. Nábytek je starší - 80. léta, ale obývák je krésně retro vybavený "nohatým" nábytkem z poloviny 20. století (Brusel). Apartmán je vyzdoben olejomalbami od paní majitelky. Mrzelo nás jedině, že apartmán nemá balón nebo terasu, aby se dalo sedět a jíst venku. Ale z okna kuchyně přímo od stolu jsou krásné výhledy na záliv a kotviště plachetnic, včetně úžasných západů slunce. Překapávač na kávu včetně filtrů byl milé překvapení.
